I really enjoy this map. However, it has some serious balancing issues. Note: that what I am saying is not to rape the map over but it would be nice to make some of these changes.
The first problem is that mob cap is reached and the map becomes impossible to play. (Late game this is okay but not right at spawn) Chests need a buff in terms of potion quantity. The player should be allowed at least one healing items per chest because regen is turned off (majority of the time it should be gold apples 1-2). I don't find much of a problem in terms of getting geared with armor. However, chain mail should be more common. Having little access to stone is good keep it that way. The player needs more access to arrows as chests don't ever have any (give no more than 10-20 per chest).
For the late game buff iron drops in chests so the player can make iron armor. The player should see soul sand at level three and below. I hope this was helpful, and if I can think of anything else I will post more later. Anyway I am loving this map and hope to see what else can be done with the type of map generation. Thanks again.

umm... I was flying around in spectator after I lost spectacularly, just cause I was curious, and I found a chest in the middle of nowhere, at least 200 blocks from any room, with a godly bow inside.

1 chest usually generates in the middle of nowhere. Has to do with cleaning up old generations, really difficult for me to fix that so i decided to just leave it there.
I'm not dying man. I'm not going far at all, anyway. I'm just not checking in on that thread anymore, and felt bad to just never say a word again without some sort of goodbye :/

Unfortunately following the directions in the multiplayer startup causes the server to "crash". the sever does not seem to accept the max tick at 1, just the default 60,000. I am going to attempt to play at this tick time anyway. yes i am using 1.8.3. i did also try with 1.8.7 but to no avail.

These are for the 1.8.3 server. I downloaded it from a site that wasn't minecraft.net, due to the fact that I can't find a sserver file there for anything other than 1.8.7
Setting the tick timer to 60,000 seems to have removed the issue.
Hello, I am a "mapmaker" (who can't focus on one idea for a day without getting board:D), and I am very interested in you random chest loot! I have tried many times but can only get preset chests to be randomly chosen from, or with hoppers that don't put items in random slots. I have cheated you map to get to the command blocks, but I still can't understand what you did. HOW DID YOU DO IT!?!?!?!?!?!!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Its REALLY hard, There's just sooo many things. the spawn rate for mobs is way to high, of chests it way too low. i was always out of durability on things, I could only beat it by using the really cheap strategy of tunnelling around the rooms to the end. and it is really easy to et pinned, eather by spider webs or by high knockback weapons. however, I lie the Idea, and how the rooms randomly generate, and the skeletons changing weapons but, its just hard to appreciate when your stuck in a corner with broken armor and die... for the 27th time.
Me and my friends played this map... its amazing! I have no idea why this isn't like on the front page and getting new comments every few minutes. Good job man!

If I ever manage to figure out how to port forward, I will do this on my Youtube channel. Unfortunately, I don't know how to port forward, so... yeah.
I play video games on the internet. You know... like everybody else on the planet.

Episode 2 of Behind The Scenes is out, I think I messed up the audio again :-(

Seriously? Troll Fleecey Box that kills you? That's just rude.
trying it now! Seems VERY fun!!
Some CloudClient dude. Also some CloudPack dude.
I did it!
Kind of.
I absolutely LOVED this, the randomness of not knowing whats gonna be in every room is awesome, and getting semi-lost sometimes, as you see in the video i had to mine through a wall to get to the next room, but it was still awesome.
