Also, it is very easy to skip getting all of the wool blocks and returning it to the spawn: it's so easy as to dye a piece of wool from a sheep or from duengon loot and use it like that.

My server wont start up once i've pasted all the stuff into the 'world' folder do you know how to fix this?
It's my understanding that you direct the server to open up a world by putting the name of it (in this case, Wayward Wonders) in the correct spot in the server.properties. The map must be in the right directory too.
SOLVED: I deleted the players folder inside the world folder. And that did it. Hope this will help others.

Has anyone tried to use this map in a server? I couldn't. I only got to open the server for two seconds and it closes itself automatically.
This is what I did.
First created an empty folder with only minecraft_server.1.8.3.exe on it. Opened the file to generate the extra files. Edited the eula.txt file to accept it. Opened the .exe file again to generate the server.properties file, and edited it using the provided guidelines on the post as next:
#Minecraft server properties #Sat Mar 07 20:20:45 GMT-03:00 2015 generator-settings= op-permission-level=4 resource-pack-hash= level-name=world enable-query=false allow-flight=false announce-player-achievements=true server-port=55 (The port number I will use to play) max-world-size=29999984 level-type=DEFAULT enable-rcon=false force-gamemode=false level-seed= server-ip=192.168.0.5 (My computer's local IP) network-compression-threshold=256 max-build-height=256 spawn-npcs=true white-list=false spawn-animals=true snooper-enabled=true hardcore=false online-mode=false (Necessary to play multiplayer in LAN mode) resource-pack= pvp=true difficulty=2 (I've tried with all of them) enable-command-block=true player-idle-timeout=0 gamemode=0 max-players=20 max-tick-time=60000 spawn-monsters=true view-distance=10 generate-structures=true motd=A Minecraft Server
By default the server generates an empty world folder. I've exchanged its content with the content of the Wayward Wonders save folder.
In theory this should do it, but as I said, it'll only open the server for 1 or 2 seconds and closes itself.
Does anyone know what am I doing wrong? I really want to play this awesome world in a server.
P.S: For some reason I cannot open the world normally in Single Player and then open it in LAN mode. It doesn't work like that since 1.7.9. My teammates locate the world but when they try to connect, java crashes. That is why I use servers. And the method I described above has always worked with any world until now.

Thanks in advanced.
Change the level-name from world to Wayward Watchers/the file the game is in.
As far as I know, the world name must be Wayward Wonders. Also, try naming the server file minecraft_server.exe without the 1.8.3.
The world name is already set as Wayward Wonders. I've also changed the server file as you said and same result. Can you post a working server.properties example of file? Have you noticed something wrong about mine?
I forum because why not?
Thanks!
The rules say no crafting

Already tried that. Same result.
Try /kill. The world spawn is set so it should be universal for everyone

I get the same issue. Don't know why but the server closes automatically. And doesn't even make a crash report.
I don't know too much about servers so you could probably get better support in a forum specifically for servers.
