Maybe I'm just being dumb, but besides quests and wither skeletons, there doesn't seem to be any way to get coal. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm guessing charcoal doesn't work for steel. Any other ways to get coal?

EDIT: Five minutes later I find that charcoal does work. Should have checked before I posted.

Yes it will be a series, but don't expect a new map anytime soon. I want to ideally wait for the 1.9 snapshots so I can use the new features such as entity modelling to create an even cooler map!

As for the wolf egg bug, I haven't got around to fixing it just yet, but I will hopefully in the next few days (I was busy today). You're probably better off going into LAN, going in gamemode 1 and spawning the deconstructor egg in.

Quick question - I thought I had found a way to decrease temperature, which is "stay in a dark area", but that doesn't seem to work for me once I get past a certain point in temperature, seems to be 81?

Tips on how to lower temperature:

- Drink a lot. This can be water, cactus juice, apple juice, eye juice or anything in a bottle.
- Eat melons or apples. These improve hydration which in turn help temperature
- Stay out of direct sunlight. Stay under cover to stop temperature rise.
- Don't sprint for too long. If you have to sprint, keep it in short burts. There is essentially a timer that builds up as you sprint. The longer you sprint, the longer it affects you afterwards.
- Keep your hydration under control. If your hydration is too low, temperature will go up faster.
- Stay out of the sun during midday. This is when temperature goes up the fastest. Temperature will go down at night.

Personally I use Cubik Pro, but you can do it with notepad++ if you really want to, it just takes a bit more learning.

If you really want, you can turn it on yourself, but I won't be adding this to the map. To turn it on, open the server to LAN with cheats enabled and type in the command: /gamerule keepInventory true

It's included in the world save automatically, just put it in the saves folder and everything will work fine, you don't need to install a resource pack.

Just a quick question, how do you get vines for the grappling hook? I know you have to use shears on them, but I don't know where to find them in the first place. Also, can anybody recommend a good food source? Food is really a problem for me.
