Bug Report: Whenever I am sifting sand in the multiplayer version it eventually stops giving me materials that I need
Please can you tell me what Java version the server is running on and what steps occurred right before this happened. I cannot seem to replicate this and I need as much info as possible.

it is 1.8 and we would be sifting after awhile and then slowly less and less would come and then eventually it would just stop

Make sure all items are picked up nearby you and then run this command from the console:
/kill @e[type=Item]
It should clear up the problem with the sieve, but I still do not know what's causing the problem, as usually the items should despawn by themselves after 0.5 seconds.
It's a great map! I hope you don't mind but I changed some of the command blocks ( Can only play in 1.8 and not up to 1.8.2 ). Some of the stuff changed is the barrel quest since it apparently took me to fill it even though that doesn't work in 1.8 so changed it to given me the reward for just crafting it. I also added a recipe for a sea lantern, it takes iron, redstone, and a meteorite. I only did this for myself so hope you don't mind.
I'm playing the normal version even though I have block lag I'm still enjoying the crap out of it! Have moved my trees and potatos/lemongrass underground so I can farm in peace. God is it fun to explore! I get excited every time I see something different over the horizon and am rewarded for my exploration.
I'm afraid to deconstruct my mycelium because I'd like to farm mushrooms. I'm saving it for now, am I doing it wrong?

Of course I don't mind! Very creative of you to have done so.

Great map! A++++ will continue to play! XD
I used the mushrooms I got from it to make giant mushrooms to farm
Captain Sparklez has been getting all the drops because he has his Java up to date. Update your Java and play on a render distance of at least 7. You might have to open the server to LAN and do /kill @e[type=Item] to clear it.
If you actually read the comments you'd know that I'm trying to fix this issue, but like most people, I cannot replicate it on any computer I try. Most people claim updating Java works for them.
i tried updating my java and played on render distances 7 through 12 and continued to have the bug so i don't think that fixes it. have you tried to replicate it on a mac? don't know if that would make a difference but I'm having the problem on a mac. switched to the low core version and was able to play though and I'm blown away at how awesome this map is. didn't know it was possible to get this type of experience in unmoded minecraft hope to see more maps like this

So this problem keeps happening to me and we have to enter this command every 5 dust blocks. Why is this happening?

I found a bug, after switching to creative mode using LAN cheats, I can't switch back into survival mode.
I'm playing Easy, non LC version in 1.8.3
Samasaurus,
All I have to say is that this map is fantastic! And you have potential to make so many good maps in the future. I hope you will
consider creating more of these same types of maps in the future. Maybe with more quests and different environments!
Keep up the good work!
Ok good to know thank you!
