Resource packs don't really need to be .zip,you're the first to complain about that..But I can help you
You need to drag the resource pack to the "resourcepacks" minecraft folder just like the texture pack,like the following image:
After you do that you must enable it on minecraft,you go Options>Resource Packs..,It will appear the texture pack and the resource pack,and so you have to drag them to the right side,like that:
And your minecraft should be like this:

See if that works

I don't really know why some people is having problems at this part when its working perefectly here...
Make sure your minecraft is on 1.8,if its it may be a minecraft problem with /summon armorstands..if you are having troubles before the army just /Kill I don't really know whats happening :/

Im sure that will work,the only issue is the mobs aren't spawning to kill you..I downloaded the map and they are spawning...so I don't know why is this happening with some people

So far so good.(I hate the parkour part xD)

The map was really good, I loved it. Only a few problems which were some parts with not so good english which can be forgiven because some people aren't in an english speaking country, but the only other problem I had was that the ending didn't really work. After I got out of the training camp to fight the war it didn't activate and I had to spawn in a redstone torch to activate the battle myself. Not sure why it didn't work, but it was still a wonderful map. I did a let's play which is already on the front page

Yup,the bug after the trainning is already fixed..update 1.03
And don't worry about the next map,someone will help me to do it so english will not be a problem

This map could use a lot of work. It's alright so far, I've had some fun playing it, but it is extremely rough. First off, the dialog is riddled with spelling and grammatical errors... it just seems lazy and does't make a lot of sense. There is also a severe lack of instruction at some parts -- for example, where I just left off, after getting captured by the water army. It says I should find some place to get out of the storm but there's really no indication of where that might be. Getting out of the jail was also very perplexing and buggy. Another problem is that you really aren't given enough weapons. You start with a stone sword, but of course that doesn't get you far. After that broke, I had to fight zombies and endermen with the specialized tools I was given -- but once those broke, then I had nothing with which to break cobblestone, wheat, etc. And finally -- the invisible silverfish. No. Just no. In the training area, after taking out all the training dummies, I just had to stand in a corner and swing wildly at the ground because I was being attacked by so many invisible silverfish. Not fun.



Anyway, the builds are nice and I think you could have something good going here, but like I said, this needs a lot of work. It needs to be cleaned up and there needs to be a lot of stuff added while other stuff is taken away. Good luck with this map.

Hey,thanks for the feedback
First off I'm brazilian so you can understand why there are english grammatical errors :p.When you get captured by the water army you have gravel on the ground to show you where you have to go,its covered by snow but still you can see it,it leads you to the npc at the village.Getting out of jail its not buggy,you just have to be smart to get out of it,I imagine you have stuck on the part that you are given a wooden hoe,you just have to do a block update in one of the blocks of dirt than it will give you tnt :).Also the map has a store,its told to you when you do the first quest,you can buy weapons,armor and food.Ok,the trainin dummies was not good,I wanted to make something different but I didn't imagine that the silverfish would be alive after that so..yeah.
But don't worry Infinity Edge - The Prophecy its already in progess,its going to be 100x better than this one Someone is helping me to do it and he is American and good with redstone,so be here for the next map
