Now played by SkyDoesMinecraft, Vikkstar123, Preston, Logdotzip, Chrisandthemike, and many other big YouTubers!! Please do set your chunk render distance to at least 16
As you may know, Christmas is less than a fortnight away, and so here's something for all of you!
Over the last two months (+ 50 hours of bug-testing), my large team of creators and I have been hard at work at something very special! It's called Christmas Cram! This fun-packed Christmas-themed Minigame adds a touch of Mario Kart and racing excitement into Minecraft!
Below, I will summarise the basic bounds of the game; however, I have created a 7-minute explanatory video (with linked annotations to sections of the video) + a 9-minute gameplay footage video. which will be attached below for your convenience. Downloads will be placed at the bottom of this post.
This is a two-team Minigame (Red team VS Green team).
Minecraft Version: 1.8, 1.8.1
Aim: be the first team to deliver 7 presents to your houses
Team sizes: At least 1v1 (10v10 for complete chaos)
Items: Ranges from volatile playerheads to poisonous stew to thunderstorm-summoning snowballs!
Average gametime: 10 minutes
* Make sure all players are opped. Render distance must be at least 16, so Optifine is recommended.
For all you need to know about the minigame, please watch the attached video. Also note that this is command-block heavy, so ensure you have sufficient RAM to run this minigame on your computer (uses almost 1GB RAM if being run on a private Server, so allocate at least 2GB RAM to be safe). Do NOT log Admin commands (I have turned this off for you already); otherwise, the Server log files may become extreme, and can damage your system.
On behalf of the entire Christmas Cram team, I hope you enjoy this fun-packed Minigame!!
Hi! I've watched the vids about your game and it seems very fun. However, i do not know anything to do with servers, so the file with your server, i don't know how to find the ip to it or am i supposed to create one? Because i'd really love to play this game with my friends. Thank you
