A few updates...
The New Trailer: Expect to see it between the full release of v0.8.0 beta and v0.9.0 beta.
New Poll: Vote on the poll that came up! I'd like to know some feedback, you know?
Transportation Between Biomes: Yes, it's no longer going to be an instant teleport, but something cooler.
v0.8.0 Beta in Particular: I'm not having spoilers here. Just expect that one (or 2 if there's a tie) of the things in the poll will make it in the complete version.

v0.8.0 BETA HAS BEEN RELEASED! Yes, the REAL update. Features are in changelog, REPORT BUGS IN COMMENTS SECTION, AND HAVE FUN (WHY AM I TYPING IN CAPS?)!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, it seems like people want me to remove the music, so if the majority of people want me to remove the music, then I will put out another poll asking if I should release v0.8.3 Beta to fix it or just do it in v0.9.0 Beta.

Last chance to vote on the polls! While it seems like the music will be removed and Green Hill Zone will be added in, things could still very well change!
Okay, I finished playing this map this morning after downloading it. The length is great. It's very immersive and I enjoyed how the bonus stuff was hidden throughout the map. However, like with all maps, there were bugs.
For instance, the teleport from the first puzzle to the second wouldn't work for me. I had to cheat mode and fly to the second part of the map. This wasn't really a huge issue for me because things like that happen all the time.
The spawn for the scary bit is broken. The part where you're in the black room with the pressure plates on the floor that whisper? Yeah, that spawns you outside and you fall to your death immediately. And you keep spawning there unless you go cheat mode and fly onto the top of the structure and dig down. That being said, the scary part is actually pretty cool. The only other thing I would change about it is the fact that you are SO SLOW. It took me ten minutes to complete walking through a small hallway. But that may just be me. It's hard to speedrun something like that.
I loved the part where we ran through all of the items in Minecraft. I think that was a very neat idea, especially to add hidden goodies there. That was definitely my favorite part.
The desert part - the jump boost potion never spawned in. Either I couldn't find it or it wasn't ever spawned in correctly. But this could be a bug because of the way the map spawns the desert parts. And the buttons were so hard to find that I grew very frustrated with it. It took me nearly 30 minutes to figure out that I had to break the stairs to find the button. Maybe place it in the same spot but without the stairs and chest covering it up.
Speaking of chests, it was frustrating to die and lose all of my essence/items I'd collected. Maybe add in an Ender Chest to hold the items a player doesn't want to lose at the beginning of each round and at the end so that we don't lose everything? Maybe it doesn't matter yet that we have them but it may be nice in the future if there was a place we could hand it all in and get a points system that tells us how good we did.
The first part of the map when you drop into the hole is frustrating to no end. I died about five times because the item that spawned in was crap against zombies. (I played this map on normal, not easy, if that was my mistake.) It frustrated me to the point where I went peaceful to get rid of the zombies to pass through. I don't know if anyone else had this problem so I can't say that it's a bug.
In the part with all the emerald ore and the cabin that transports you to hear about the Ender Dragon, I could not find the MegaAwesomeStaff at all. I went through this part of the map twice to look for it. I don't know if it's a troll or if there is a MegaAwesomeStaff that I just couldn't find. The part where you're speaking to us and telling us about the Ender Dragon, slow down the incoming text. I had to pause my game to read it before the next bit came up and I missed half the story. I love the idea and the concept and I love the fact you put in a storyline element to the map and can't wait to see what it's going to turn out to be, but the execution of the text timing is a little off and definitely needs to be slowed way, way down.
These are all the minor problems that I had or saw while playing. Overall I thought the map was good but could use a little work. As for the music part, I went in and took out the resource pack folder before I placed the map in my saves so it didn't lag my computer. For anyone wanting to know how to do that - unzip the file, open it and find the resource packs part, and delete or drag to your trash folder.
I really did enjoy playing this map. It took me about two hours to complete (then again, I'm really bad at parkour too), and aside from the minor things I found, it was really fun and immersive. It was long and very well put together for a map of it's size. I give this one a B+.

Hm. I'm glad you enjoyed the map and all, but I DO have a couple things to say:
1. The jump boost potion should've spawned in. Don't know what happened there.
2. The resource pack is in the same folder as the world because it would save me trouble with dealing with people that don't know how to install a resource pack. It saves a lot of time and hassle.
3. If you didn't miss the poll at the top of the page, the music was voted to be removed. The resource pack still isn't changing one bit.
4. There is no MegaAwesomeStaff. It's the MegaAwesomeKey that is gotten by completing the puzzle in the Jungle Temple. Either way you don't need it.
5. Another thing I should mention is that this map IS still in a beta phase, so of course there will be bugs. I'm not going to lie, when I finish v1.0.0 Official Release, then EVERYTHING will be tested. Everything. So every bug you/I see now will be a GUARANTEED bugfix. I really don't want to have to put out a v1.0.1 version.
6. I spent like 5 hours dealing with the text. While testing, I noticed that the text scrolled extremely fast. You do know you can scroll through chat, right?
7. As for the zombies, I'll say that it was much worse in v0.7.0 and v0.7.1 Beta. It was horrible, they wouldn't stop spawning in. Also the weapon still does more damage than just your fist. Not designed to be stronger than a wooden sword, so maybe I'll up the damage it does to 3 (or 1 and 1/2 hearts).
8. Note that not everything has been tested. As said in number 5, there will be a time where EVERYTHING will be fixed. If such a thing exists.
9. What do you mean by "puzzle"? I don't recall any puzzles that are actually right after one another. Describe what you mean.
10. By "scary bit" are you referring to the first cutscene? Also you can jump while slowed to go a little faster. You are also supposed to be slow like that.
11. Did I mention that the resource pack is in there for a reason? You really aren't supposed to play my map w/o the resource pack.
12. keepInventory should've been set to true. Otherwise you can't just lose your items like that. Check to make sure that's true, because it is for me.
13. Also with the first cutscene, it was basicly impossible to tell where to go next, so I added some odsidian blocks to help guide you to the end.
If I sound rude while typing this, I'm really not trying to be. It's just that one of the things I hate most are bugs, because they screw everything up. Also, for EVERYONE THAT IS READING THIS, THIS IS THE KIND OF BUG REPORT THAT I'VE ALWAYS LOOKED FOR. Detailed, with effort put into it. Most of the time I don't even GET bug reports so this helps. I'll check these bugs out and see what I can do with them.

NO, I'M NOT DEAD! It's just been that I've had some work that had to be taken care of, also look forward to seeing Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction either in Biome Dasher 2 or even possibly Biome Dasher 3! Because I know that FNAF3 is out!

WOW, I HAVE NOT SEEN MEDIAFIRE IN A WHILE. I found out today that Biome Dasher has exactly 1,234 (yes, exact) downloads! That's amazing! Thank all of you for downloading my map! v0.9.0 is a large and amazing update, and possibly the largest update in the history of Biome Dasher! Stay updated!
Report bugs in the comments section, as always.
