This map is inspired by the book "Maze Runner", I've never read the book so I have no clue if it's anything like the book. I've been working on this map off and on for a year or two and I saw the movie was out so I decided, heck, why not finish it, so here we are.


Description:

Navigate your way through the maze before the sun goes down and victory will be yours, but fail to do so and face the consequences. Being inside the maze at night is pointless, unless you can find a way to sleep through the night you'll find yourself back at the start. There are several different areas of the maze with different hazards, one being a jungle that spawns monsters during the day. Along with there being different areas there are also different exits, and entrances to the maze, going into the maze through a different entrance will give a whole different experience.

Rules:

• Brightness on moody.
• Don't use commands to change settings, it may mess up stuff.
• Don't try and get on top of the maze, that ruins the fun.
• Play on Easy
• Play on 1.8

Notes:

This is my first map so don't expect it to be "amazing", but hopefully people have fun playing it. (By the way, feel free to record and upload anything of the map just throw the link in to the map in the description) . If you have any suggestions on changes I should make please leave them in the comments, I'm open to all feedback (good or bad).

Oh and if you find any problems let me know and I'll attempt to fix them.

I really need some constructive criticism so I can change things.

Yes, I apologize, I should have mentioned that in the post or thread name, I fixed it now. Although it is playable in multiplayer there are a couple things that might not work amazing in multiplayer. So it works but there are a couple features that may cause a bit of trouble, but I actually suggest playing with a couple people, it's more fun to explore together.

The map is almost up to 400 downloads! I mean to some people that's not that much but it did much better than I had expected it to do. I'm not sure if people liked it though and I wish there would be a bit more feedback. But I can't complain too much. Thanks everyone.

I've also been wondering if anyone dislikes the way that you can't really stay in the maze at night, like should I add in monsters? It was a struggle for a long time because I couldn't get it to work the way I wanted it to.

Does anyone have an opinion on the way you get sent back to the center at night? Or is that kinda cool? Also 700 downloads! yay! Also did anyone dislike the map? If so why?

Getting close to 1k downloads, that's pretty cool. By the way, I know no one will answer but are there any broken exits? Every once in a while an exit wouldn't work for me and I'd have to reset the clock, it get's annoying.
