This is an amazing custom map, really really enjoyed playing it with my friend. Thanks for all the hard work you went through making it !
Btw, who's the person with the television head above the row of Yogscast guys, in the arena stands, I really like the look of it, thanks
If you check the button above the seating area in the arena, it should link you to a document with a full list of all player names in the audience. I'm sure they'd be on that. But, since they're near the Yogscast, they're probably part of it.
Your hint said to check out the buttons in the greenhouse but after a lot of time spent pressing buttons in random orders i still haven't gotten the eighth plate.... Help please

Are the buttons in the greenhouse changing the blocks?
The garbled text is intentional.
The buttons at the beginning of the labyrinth do things. Are you sure "nothing" is happening? The gold one will turn on the lights.
Ok, was going nuts thinking my game was broken... lol... Thanks for clearing that up.
Dude, I have no idea what's going on. I downloaded said map, tried to walk onto that pressure plate, didn't die. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I have tried the 2 latest releases to see if it was a weird bug. That doesn't seem to be the case. WTF am I doing wrong?! =(

Are you sure you are running 1.8 and not something different? I ran into that issue a while back on a different minigame map. I couldn't figure out why for the life in me I was lagging so much. Turned out I was playing on a different version than what they suggested. Sure enough, it fixed the issue. (sorry if this was already brought up, I didn't see it mentioned)
I've only posted one of my videos on YouTube so far, but I'm working on the rest. The Map is awesome and I can't wait to see what you all come up with next. I will finish this map even if it kills me, and it's tried.
Just finished the map and walked through the epilogue; I'm quite impressed with how the map series has matured with the inclusion of your development team, and all of the 1.8 command shenanigans. My favourite branch? Probably Trivia, I'm a sucker for your snarky humour when it comes to showing the player exactly WHY they are wrong.
I did encounter one issue however:
There's a glitch with the client whereupon arrows fired from bows will appear to immediately recoil and fall down, but the server side tracks their trajectory as normal. Only seems to happen on this map, and I'm using Singleplayer if it matters. In particular, this severely hindered my attempt to complete the last challenge in the Portal section of Puzzle (the one where you need to lob your arrows). Couldn't see where I was shooting, so I couldn't correct the shot either.
I'm aware of the glitch, but it is not related to the map. It is something Mojang/Microsoft needs to fix. Relogging seems to help sometimes. You can vote for a fix on Jira if you want to help out.
I just started playing the map. Here are a couple possible errors I've encountered:
In the Puzzle section:
If you're absentminded like me, you can accidentally discard the hint/hub book before you enter the first puzzle, leaving yourself trapped without one. I had to delete the old world and install from scratch to fix this. I don't know if after you finish the first puzzle you get it again since I didn't get that far, but it'd probably be wise to check right after they enter the first area to see if they still have the book.
In the Trivia section:
If you wrongly answer "Sugar" to the "What's the base of a Thick Potion" question, you get placed in an area where you have to use a Speed Potion (what sugar is actually the base to, which i SHOULD have known) to get to a button before it gets removed. I don't know if it's just me, but I'm finding this section literally impossible to complete. I've tried like, four or five different tactics and I still never ever reach the button before it disappears. I'm using a Mac laptop with a touchpad instead of a mouse – is that the problem?

I do maps and stuff.
How much RAM do you have allocated to MC? Are you playing with 64-bit or 32-bit Java?

I honestly have no idea why you are lagging. I am very sorry. There isn't any issues on any LPs I've seen with that and I cannot reproduce that.
Are you sure you have 64-bit java and not just a 64-bit windows machine? Maybe you could try updating java as well.
Are you playing on a server?
link please where is it

Click on your name in the top right corner, then click "My account". Next, find where is says "Avatar" and then rest should be easy.
