(I assume no but) Are we allowed to use resource packs, Just for sound?
You assume correctly. It would be impossible to use a different resource pack that would be compatible with all other encounters.
You are still free to use the playsound command for existing sounds though. Nobody has done /playsound creeperhiss when pressing a button to open a door yet!
Alright, I'll set that up then.
Another quick question, am I allowed to set difficulty to peaceful as soon as the encounter starts, and then switch it back to easy when it's over? I don't want any mobs spawning, but I want the levels to be dark as well. Half-slabs are also not an option, I'm afraid.
Now that's a pretty one, will be testing today. By the way if anyone is wonder how he is getting away with multiple entries, Sunfury is a build team (as I understand it) so each encounter is being associated to a different member on the team who takes part in the builds (perfectly legal navigation of the 1 entry per player rule)
Hmm, it seems the CommandBlockSign filter isn't properly working, if for instance I use "tp @p[$tele] $tele2", it will put in the correct coordinates but the coords between the square brackets will not have x=...,y=...,z=... in front of them, which it seems it does need. Is there a solution, or will Jigarbov still have to edit these command blocks himself?
EDIT: Never mind, I figured it out, it uses a # instead of a $.
I'm glad you found the solution Don't forget I will have to run the filter myself (and in fact that's how I'm doing with the AMVending sign so I'm glad you figured it out. It's a great filter
In command blocks, can we use relative coordinates? (/tp @p ~0 ~0 ~5)
Sure if you want, I think using signs with the commandblocksign filter is a better option though. Keep in mind when using relative coordinates the player sometimes isn't standing right next to the button or pressure plate when they stand on it.

I'm doing a time travel map, so I think that the realitive coordinates will work the best for my situation.
But thanks for being super active in the comments!

aah, yeah in a case like that (guessing you can teleport between time periods) then relative is the way to go. Looking forward to playing it! Also It would be crazy if I wasn't active here answering questions. What kind of map organiser would I be if I sat in silence

BOOM.
You hear that? That was the sound of my mind exploding.
I really need to get back to work. Recently, I've had the motivation of a potato.. a lethargic potato, actually.
BUT NO MORE!
(Eye of the Tiger starts playing)
Sure is! I just uploaded the final video.
Just playtested it and it's amazing. Thanks for the entry
Looks awesome! Feedback sent.
Don't worry, I'll be patient.

30, but I know of around 10~ that are in progress
I could extend the deadline, but I like keeping to deadlines But also it is like that to help for my own organisation.

It will be off in the finished map, it's only on now for bug testing.
Looks like Auracloud answered all your questions

Thanks for the fix

There is still 7 days! You have plenty of time to contribute It only takes an hour or two depending on the complexity of your encounter.

Very true.
