Story
Seeking fame and glory, you convince yourself to head to the ancient dungeons, where many a hero has perished, seeking the same as you do now. Reaching the end and collecting the sacred gems rumored only to exist inside of the dungeons is the only way to prove that you have completed the journey. So, grabbing your gear, you rest at the shack nearby and set out at nightfall.

Masterfully planned gameplay, with expert pacing to keep you on the edge!

Buffed the Baconator
Reworked the mob systems. Files got corrupted so I had to completely recreate original mobs from scratch
and re-place all of them.
Added hidden lore books throughout the map. Current books are in the form of journals.
Added railway systems (boy those were fun to make).
Added another sidequest (with optional boss!)
Made more piston stuff
Added another beacon room
Added another big drop
Tripled total map size
Made starting area more interesting
Made the map way harder
There are now more mob variations then last time.
Added a couple more traps
Added an area with a scarcity of loot (trust me, it's needed).
Fixed shop villagers being out of clicking distance
Made some shop items conceivably buyable (not the set of death, though, I intend for that to be end-game stuff)
Added button checkpoint system inside of main shop
Added tutorial section that will hopefully help you figure out how to use the checkpoint system
Added a few more dungeon rooms
Filled empty dispensers
Filled empty chests
Filled most of all empty rooms with mobs
Added more mob varieties (11 more than last time!)
Added second boss fight, way harder than Baconator (Almost died twice on easy)

Recommended texture packs are default (as I created the map using it) or the John Smith texture pack. DokuCraft Dark is also nice!

Haha! Nice man! I love dungeons, (I put heaps in my map lol) Dungeons are a heap of fun, I hope you added lots of custom loot, maybe even some unique loot, because you got to love teh unique loot. Looks great, can't wait for future development!

Hm. I'm on 1.4.5 and I start the game, hit easy mode, hit 'fight' button, got to the start hall - and there is no where to go. I'm enclosed. Can't break anything to 'move on', and nothing is going on. :/
This saddens me. I was all set up for a huge fight and nothing. I see something that looks like a clay block ahead of me but again, can't break it to move on IF that's what I'm to do. I'm stuck in a wooden hallway.
Wanted to update I restarted and got a zombie and figured out what to do. You 'may' want to write a hint as to what to do since it took me a moment to figure it out. I think what killed my first go was that I tried to change to non peaceful upon entering the game and that may have messed it up. I'd suggest advising people to go to a different save, change to non peaceful and THEN enter your map. I'm sure my changing from peaceful to easy while starting the game here messed it up.
Off to play now. Yay!

Okies, after playing, this map has SO much potential! The only thing I was nitpicky about was that when you 'save' and go back to the shop, you have to start from the 'beginning' again so to speak; reenter the dungeon. Depends how big you make this, that could get a little annoying if someone was super far in. I'm not skilled at the mechanics of redstone, etc so I'm not sure if there is a way to make it so when you 'push the button' in the starting hut you can go back to where you came from. That would be the one thing which would rock.
Other than that, I love the whole map how you go from place to place via buttons etc. The enemies are hard enough to make it a challenge even on easy; I'd not do too well on hard, that's for sure. Keep it up; definitely going to sub to this thread so I can play the final map.
I have to got to say,This is an incredible map! I would like you to make more maps of this kind and start becoming a map maker!

Just a general question, what would you guys like to see in future updates? Don't really want a poll or anything like that, so just message me or comment what you think should be added. Things that will be added for sure in every update:
A checkpoint
A boss battle
More areas
More mobs for those areas
Loot for those areas
At least one trap for those areas.
One question I did have that was really bothering me, was that are you guys happy with the block theme right now, like should I change it to stronghold blocks instead of cobble, or maybe I should have some sort of alternating theme every update, etc. Would you also like to see some natural looking kind of caves implimented as well... I can't really decide! Please tell me any ideas you have, don't even ask!
PS: V2 should be coming this weekend, if not then definately by next Sunday (December 2nd).

Fun so far. Might need to make the shops have the villagers closer. I'm currently waiting for the stupid food/potion one to get closer, because currently he's out of trade reach.

That glitch has already been fixed in the new update, it was actually the first thing I went to do Again, next update coming really soon, I was just making a side quest and I need to make the checkpoint and a boss battle.

Just something, try and increase the amount of mobs a bit, while giving some food in the chests. And maybe add a bit of armor to the mobs, or give them all a slight speed buff.

Yeah I noticed that I didn't put mobs everywhere I wanted to after I released, so it was too late fixing that in next update
