Ah, I shoulda checked the reports here. We were using the death towers as landmarks to find each other, so we got all confused when there was one of us at each death tower. It's intentional that a nether star drops from the donation bin, right?
Anyway, we've been playing for awhile, we have about 9 or 10 nether stars so far, and I must say we're really enjoying this, even more than the original. The only problem we had with the original was the lack of difficulty, but believe me, that's been fixed aplenty in this version. It's also so different from the original ender-bent that it feels like I'm playing an entirely different map with the same style.
Overall, I love it so far, and don't really see anything wrong with it. Then again, we're only about halfway through. I'll post the video when the series is properly done.
Say, I remember an update awhile ago to the original ender-bent that said that the villagers were now selling some form of map. I found a map in a chest (which I'm expanding to cover the rest of the overworld), but none from the villagers. Was that removed at some point, or replaced with the quest books?
The nether star is in the donations dispenser for an unexpected surprise. Do you think it should be moved to more of a challenging area? It could be an opportunity to build another dungeon.
The books are maps in word form. Perhaps there is an editor for making custom maps or we might call them treasure books. It's for sure something to ponder.
Recently we added very slight boosts to unique and legendary gear plus unbreaking X. Still thinking about a higher unbreaking level for the armor but roman numerals stop at ten. It would be nice if we could set a minimum durability on drops then unbreaking would no longer be a necessity.
Thanks for commenting and feel free to post your episodes as well.
No, I think it's neat. Not sure every player would continually throw things into a donation bin, it's a good surprise for those that do. We certainly found it entertaining, anyway.
Legendary sword was my favorite item for awhile, but alas, even Unbreaking X couldn't let it last forever. At least now I have that one sword that is Sharpness VII. I wonder, does this version still that town accessible only through the nether with the big tower in it? We can't seem to find either of them.
EDIT: Nevermind. We're stupid. We did indeed find the mighty town of Charlesville (as we call it). Shame there's no nether star at the top any more, we were somewhat disappointed to find a plain set of diamond armor after we already had full nether armor after the sheer chaos that we unleashed from that tower.
Loot in Nether and second island is being scaled to the new level system. There is much to do so it may take a while. I wanted to let you know we appreciate and act on every suggestion, thanks again!

Hey i have a small review about this map and why you should get it:
it's fun, original,Hard and i think it is one of the best map i have played.
It has very good challenges and i found my self raging at the higher level challenges XD.
It is very fun Co-Op and very well built and me and my friend enjoyed it soo much and i liked the fact that there were no rules and you could play as you please.
the only fault i had with it was: i found myself accidentally breaking redstone (totally my fault).
Rating: 10 out of 10 definitely in my top 5
Again amazing map i hope more maps by you are coming soon, Thanks!
