A friend and I played this map during the weekend. Took about three hours. I really liked it and we had a great time.
I thought it was a bit too silly in the beginning, but gradually, as I got used to the tone, I didn't notice anymore. Nice story and well-balanced challenges. Really well done.

Yeah I too think I added too many people to talk to at the start. Next map I am going to keep the notes shorter and less often.

The memory game can be kinda buggy if you press the buttons too quick, so I added the ability to bypass it.
The teleporter was a crazy idea I had before they introduced the command blocks.
I swear...this is one of the most well made maps of all time.
Coming from an amateur map maker, this map has all of the greatest qualities. The tiny redstone details involved, like the villager answering the door, the feast prepping on the table, and even the spell of the portal are all incredible. The humor involved in the map is hilarious, and you've just got to play it. It's absolutely phenomenal. The amount of detail and the tiny trinkets of redstone here and there make it so much fun. I wish this map would get more recognition, it definitely deserves it! Props to the creator, fantastic job! [+1]

Took a long time to make the map and was done before command blocks which would of been cool to use more as I just added in some parts afterwards.
I am planning another different map as there are a lot of exciting things you can do in minecraft now!

When the map was made, redstone was all you could use, now there are many possibilities which is exciting, hoping to start a new custom map soon..
Hum, in single player you should of spawned in the correct location.
If you press F3 it will bring up a text overlay with your position.
You can try pressing 't' and then using /tp -445 64 -295
It is possible the map is not loaded correctly. Are you using Minecraft V1.5.2?
yes im using 1.5.2, when i did what you said i appeared to be in the sky or under the world and i died.
Also when i spawn im on a sand bar next to a jungle if that helps...
Well this is strange. Are you using a PC or Mac?
When you open Minecraft and click single player, I am guessing you get the world selection of:
'COTPP 2 The Journey Home Release V1.2c'?
I just downloaded it from the front page and tried it and it works for me.
Have you tried to delete the folder from your .minecraft\saves and then copy it across again.
You need to copy the folder inside the zip file called 'COTPP 2 The Journey Home'
Sorry if you know this already, not sure what is going on..

Curse Premium- If you spawn in the wrong place, goto: X:-445 Y:64 X:-295
If you are in the spawn town, there is a large glowstone arrow above the place you should spawn.Are you using a server/multiplayer or single player?
im in single player, and might i get the way of entering this into minecraft?
