Final number of entries: 76
Plus one entry that won't be eligible, but if I have time I'll try to merge it in as well.
I am considering a number of options for sharing the evaluation and compilation process via video or livestream, but I'm not ready to announce specific plans.

Wow, great! I was expecting about 30 entries when I first read the post, but 76 sounds amazing! I'm anxious to see the entries I made on the map and how it does compilate with the rest of the entries.

I'm going through all of the submission emails one by one to make sure I have them all, and any special instructions.
I found 2 emails that had multiple submissions that I previously overlooked. So the total is now 79.
I have NOT yet opened any levels in MCEdit, but I went through all of the emails and out of 79 entries...
15 have 'comments' that I need to look at (for example; Replace red wool with TNT, or check that the noteblock song still works after copy/paste).
4 entries have command blocks that I need to check. (I think I may find more than 4 once I open them up, even though they weren't explicitly put in the email)
5 entries use spawners with positional data. [b]IMPORTANT: I will check if every entry has spawners, so I don't lose the spawner type when I copy/paste, but I won't be checking for positional data unless you specified it in the email).
8 entries specifically asked me to turn it to night or day
14 entries specifically asked me to change the biome
14 entries were sent without specifying a title in the email. I hope I don't get them confused
So excited! I have at wait at the least 34 days to beta test?
Including spawn, checkpoints, and end there are over 80 encounters that have to be compiled.
I have on average 2 hours a day I can devote to the effort in between work, family, sleep, and other responsibilities
If I rush, it could introduce significant issues or jeopardize the flow of the experience.
I promise to keep you updated as often as possible.
Maybe even release smaller portions to beta testers as I go, but that could add more overhead as well.
Ok, sorry to be a noob here, but this looks kinda cool and I want to figure out what it is. So, there will be rooms with different challenges in each, and if you beat that challenge you can advance to a new room? If someone could explain I would greatly appreciate it
So... I've decided that I'm going to film my first impression of as many of the entries as I can. And if that author is ok with it, I'll make the videos public.
These videos will be rough and unedited.
The goal is to capture my first reaction and let the map maker see any bugs I come across so they can fix them before October 6th.
Here's the first one! Thanks for being my guinea pig, Faithful Cupid!
I'm not planning on posting all of the videos here, so make sure you subscribe to http://www.youtube.com/rsmalec if you don't want to miss any of them!
It's not quite midnight yet, but I will check again in the morning for the final cut-off
Good Luck!

Someone's cutting it close
No kidding. I think I did the same for the dropper map too.

If you submitted an entry and DID NOT receive an email from me, let me know.

For which entry?
Escape the Laboratory, my first entry.
Funny, the amount of entries in this map is the same as the adventure multiplex.

I thought he had 87? I forget now.
But Jigarbov still "wins". He had 80+ unique people enter. I only had 50-something (some people submitted multiple).
