Right so, just to check with you guys if i was doing it wrong anyway, what i did was get a double chest, put a normal potion of regen in it, then in MCedit I highlighted the chest, went to the filter, chose haste and put strenght 30 or something and 1200 seconds and then ran the filter but It didn't work. I just want to check that was the right way..
Oh and Forgotten, I love the Monarch of Madness, before Dinnerbone added all these new features, I regarded it as my favourite map, and I possibly still do:) ( And that's without actually playing it, just seeing lp's, I don't play many maps myself..).
Hmm, I haven't used the modifypotions filter yet (or whichever one is the newest), so I can't quite tell what you did wrong. If you follow step-by-step with Sethbling's video, it should work properly.
And thanks, but it truly is just an average map, in my eyes It does make for fun LP's, but then again, most decent, good and great maps do! I know I'll be playing and watching this one a lot, once it'll be out!
Reminder: Starting in about 24 hours I will be compiling entries together into the beta version of the map. If you have any fixes in progress, please email me ASAP.

For each update, will everything be in the same place?
So if I record myself playing, write down my coords, update, then TP to the written coords, will it be the same place, relative to the maps?
Or will the entries be ordered differently through the different updates?
Or was this completely incomprehensible gibberish?
I'm hard at work on sequencing what I believe is the best experience. There are several factors involved that I'm not ready to divulge.
To set everyone's expectations;
Almost certainly the first beta release will NOT contain all entries (there are just too many and manually updating over 200 command blocks and custom spawners is a nightmare I hadn't envisioned when starting this contest). I am going to do my best to get you SOME beta this weekend, but it will not be the full map.
I will most likely need to extend the beta period (and move the release date a bit), as numerous real life priorities are taking precedence over this contest.
I know everyone is very eager to see this map completed, and I will do my best to get it completed as fast as possible without sacrificing quality or corrupting any of your hard work on individual entries. THANK YOU for your continued enthusiasm and support!

When you say updates, I think you mean beta versions vs. full release? The short answer is, I hope not! I'm intending to sequence this once and not have to re-copy/paste entries into different orders.

Well, think about it. If he has to keep moving things around, he is going to have to keep changing the command block's destination coordinates. Why make extra work for himself?

I feel like one of those people waiting in line for the newest iPhone. I'm just abusing the refresh button.
Oh, no need to do that.
I'm at work and won't even get to do any more compiling or filming for at least 8 hours.
It will be pretty late tonight before I am ready to share. Possibly even tomorrow if I don't get to my target number of compilations. It definitely won't be the whole map. Apologies! It's way more work than originally anticipated, and real life has intruded.

Just getting to my PC now and I'm quite tired.
I'm definitely going to hold off on announcing the winner until beta is ready.
I will update tomorrow (Saturday) with progress.
As of this moment, there are 9 planned sections in The Toybox. As I've been compiling section 3, I've swapped a few entries so this may not be the final count.
Right now, it's possible to get through sections 3, 5, and 7 without seeing all entries. To that end, the map is currently replayable. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to add in an overarching point system or a way to loop back to checkpoints in case you missed an entry. You may notice that 32 + 32 + 17 = 81 (not 80).
This is because one of the entries was built in such a way that you can pass through the room two completely different ways, and it just so happens I used the two paths in different sections. For now.

Talk about doing all the hard work, I mean manually setting all the command blocks and spawners? That's got to be no fun. A big thanks to you rsmalec for doing all you do to create excellent Minecraft custom maps.

Can't wait for the beta, just like everyone else.
Gotta agree. Thanks for your dedication, especially all the difficult assembly work! Remember that real-life comes first, so if the dates have to be pushed back, then so be it. I'm excited for the beta, but I can wait if need be!
Wouldn't you know Real Life would intervene again? Ah, guess that'll happen.
Seriously, though, there's no rush to get the map out; a functional map is many times better than a map that was just slapped together.
Perhaps while I'm waiting I ought to get to work on a map or two of my own...

My mini-CTM map! It's a fun map, so play it!
Sorry for the double questions. My connection isn't that great.
Not for certain. I want to put up a video with several updates.
Soon... O_O Very soon...

Nah, jk. We have 1.4 to entertain us for a few days so there is no rush. Sounds like you are making pretty good progress though.
