what your saying is that every survival map is a ripoff of survival island, except maybe with air or lava instead of the ocean

Not a complete Skyblock RipOff, but because of sky blocks EXTREME popularity, everyone auto assumes that some blocks in the sky are sky block rip offs. (blocks in the sky? sky block? geddit? nevermind....)

I hate it when people say that.
It is clearly not a rip off. It offers a completely different play style to skyblock. Also, note that skyblock was not the first map to feature floating islands in the sky, it was just the most popular at the time it was released. Sure it's a good map, but it's not the only one. Whew, had to get that out.

Well, isn't it our first hater. Dude, Does skyblock have a mushroom biome island? no. does skyblock have 3 seprate islands other than spawn? no, it doesn't. just because it's a map related to skyblock because you have to try not to fall into the void, and it's pretty much survival in the air, with limited resources. Look at it again. does it look ANYTHING like the original skyblock? NO! Dude, what I call a skyblock rip off, is when someone makes a map USEING the orginal skyblock, and maybe just adding more stuff into the chest. You can't call EVERY map that the point of it is survival in the sky a skyblock rip-off. maybe there was another sky survival map BEFORE skyblock came to be, and no one is calling Skyblock a rip-off. Re-think about your decision, because we are all not very happy with it.

I made this map! Please check it out! It's a really awesome map that took me over a year to make! :3
Yeah, you just need to not die EVER. Then you wont have to re-spawn.
And a suggestion : If you put some sugar canes, we can make weakness potion and use it to transform back a zombie villager and make a village.
