A sky survival map, but different! (If that's possible). Ever wanted to play on an island, have plenty of space, and feel as though you are playing SkyBlock but without as much labour? Play with heaps of friends, and explore and conquer the Island of Nuage!!
1. Build a suitable house.
2. Create some torches using Charcoal.
3. Acquire stone tools.
4. Conquer all caves on the main island.
5. Create an Iron-Pickaxe.
6. Build a wheat farm.
7. Build a melon farm.
8. Build a pumpkin farm.
9. Build a reed farm.
10. Build a cacti farm.
11. Grow a giant red and brown mushroom.
12. Build a sheep farm.
13. Acquire one of every coloured wool.
14. Build a Lapiz-Lazuli block.
15. Build a Gold block.
16. Build an Iron block.
17. Create a Diamond pickaxe.
18. Build a Nether Portal frame.
19. Build an enchanting table.
20. Enchant a bow.
21. Enchant your Diamond-Pickaxe.
22. Craft a flint-and-steel.
23. Travel to the Nether.
24. Build a redstone lamp.
25. Build a Nether-Wart farm.
26. Obtain a ghast-tear.
27. Build a brewing stand.
28. Create a potion using the Ghast tear.
29. Conquer every single spawner on the map.
30. Build at least one mob farm from the conquered spawners.
31. Build three pieces of TNT from creepers.
32. Expand on your home with a Brick fireplace.
33. Create the other two types of Sandstone.
34. Build at least one Snow-Golem. (Snow is acquired in the Nether, Snow must be mined with a shovel to be acquired).
35. Craft a Golden-Apple.
36. Ride a pig off a cliff.
37. Light up the entire island with torches.
38. Eat a Taco.
39. Comment on the forums about how well you did.
40. Post screenshots of your creations and check out my other map the Tree of Fire!
The Nether:
If you are new to this sort of map, then please keep reading. If you are not, and have played maps such as Skyblock then skip to the next section of this thread! The Island of Nuage is basically playing Minecraft legit, but you are confined to the space of a small floating island. This island can then be expanded later, but first you will need to gather basic tools. Chop the trees nearby your spawn and create a pickaxe. Find an easy source of stone and gather some of it. Remember to leave at least one tree standing. This is important for later. Build a basic shelter and create a bed. Now go chop the remaining tree and put it in a furnace to create charcoal. The rest you should be able to work our by yourself.

Thanks a whole HEAP! The idea I had in mind whilst making this was to buld something from notinh and make the island look stunning when your done, so it should be great for a LP! +1 sub btw

Made a few changes to the map to make gameplay easier and more enjoyable: Added a slime island, Added a mycelium island, Added a secret island ;), added Ghasts in the Nether, added Silk-Touch equipment (obtainable through the secret island), made it easier to find the snow hidden in the nether, and a few other tricks and evil things :D.
Um, how can there be 5,000 downloads if there are only 3,500 views?
Read my previous post, it explains why. My map was put up onto a French forum, as it has a french word in its title. Thats where the vast majority of the downloads come from.
