Thanks for the video! Sorry you had trouble with a few of those. The sign in the moving floor level was meant to discourage attempts at simply piston-jumping out of the level as was done in the level before. In general, the only piston-jumps in the map will have a sand block on a normal piston. In that level, the iron blocks on sticky pistons make it, as far as I'm aware, impossible to perform such a jump.
On the staircase, the key is a light touch. The worst way to handle it is brute force.
Thanks! I hope you'll find that it is indeed.
Yeah, ill probally give it another run after i finish the first time just to finish everything like it was supposed to be finished.

On the second run, try finding those hidden signs. I'm afraid they may be too well hidden.
EDIT: By the way, my best time is actually closer to 10 minutes for the main portion of the map. Including the challenge levels and beta version of the map (the locations of which are revealed by the hidden signs) the time is closer to one hour.

anyway heres part 2

Thanks for making the videos! Sorry about the jumps on level three. If they were any easier the fishing rod throws would be nearly impossible.
Don't worry about finding tricky skill-based ways to solve the puzzles, either. Sometimes there is a complex way to do them, but they all have a method which is easy to execute. The only exceptions are the challenge levels which you can locate by finding the hidden signs. Those are all about skill.
-More puzzles (twenty so far, new ones made nearly every day) -Harder puzzles (if you didn't finish the first one, good luck) -BUD-related puzzles -Storyline -Witty signage -Hoe as companion item in addition to fishing rod
Release will be whenever it's done. The original took about three months to finalize, but I don't foresee this installment taking so long. Expect it by summer's end.
The sequel will also include tutorial rooms, which will show the player the various ways to power a piston, the operations of the types of pistons in the map, how to set up a piston BUD system, and explanations of inverted doors and farmland as puzzle elements.
Should I include some of the original puzzles in the sequel? I'd like to add levels 3, 7, and 8 into the new map, unless anyone has any reason why not.
According to adfly, the vast majority of downloads for July have been from Australia and New Zealand-- probably because I tend to post here around 4 AM in America! So, Americans, have you checked out the hidden sign locations? Do you have any favorite levels?
i cant get past up close down open puzzle with moving floor!!!
What have you tired so far? Most people who have trouble with that level tend to focus on the pad or the buttons separately, but you have to use both of them together to move on.

Thank you!
Thanks! I'm confident that the concept of this map is innovative, and I'm certain that the content is unique.

Hidden sign locations:
First sign:
You'll have to figure out how to read it yourself.
This sign is much easier to read in the game (especially with Optifine's zoom tool, though not necessary.)
Where the signs say to go:
Good luck on the challenges! Complete any one of them to access the beta version of PISTON.

Thanks. The reason the room is noisy is
PISTON 2 will have a few change-of-pace levels too, but they won't be annoying.

Look closely at the pad on each step. Does it cover the entire block?

Fantastic'o.
