Hey Fandripples, do you know if you will be using the bonus monument reward system similar to the one used in Ragecraft II? It would add a mechanic where you would want to be rewarded as you will probably need it xD
I almost want to, but it's a tad late in development to do... and I'm not that good with commands/redstone I do have something in the works similar to Orange's 'buy buffs' system though.

Eh its fine, you could add it later on after the map is released if you feel like it

Err, I actually really want to disagree. It's super annoying when mapmakers add in massive game-changing updates to maps after "final" release. Heliceo did this with Ragecraft II, and he offered to fix my map, and I'm certain I annoyed him to death. Smallish updates to fix minor problems are fine, and even if a massive issue wasn't caught in Beta testing it's okay in my book to fix it, but please don't make it so that people who downloaded the original won't get the up-to-date experience without spamming your PM box with "FIX MAP PLZ".
And then again, I'm sure you could also include some way for people with knowledge of MCEdit to just insert it themselves. Whatever works.

Yeah, I don't really plan to do much post-SI release aside from balancing, bugfixes, and whatever's really necessary (adding new small mechanics to replace broken ones, compacting redstone, adding slightly different visuals based on new block releases, and so on), but nothing to majorly change gameplay unless it's absolutely required.
It's not just that I don't have the redstone skill to make it, I just simply don't really wish to also have to consider this stuff when balancing and rebalancing areas.

Now that I think of it I guess it would be something that would be quite an annoyance, since people that have already beat the map would have to go through again to experience the upgrade system, forgive my stupidity

Not a worry! That's just my genera outlook on things. Unless the map eventually needs an absolute overhaul, it's better to just not go for major updates, and save people the trouble. It's also why I want to get the map as perfect as I can upon release, so too many updates aren't required.
Oh man. It's been a while since I wrote a report on my playthrough. Well, let's see what I've got.
As you see above, I managed to gather the Green Wool in The Eyes of Knowledge. Apparently not the Yellow Wool. Okay, just because I'm typing this around midnight, I'll just summarize quickly. Ready, GO!
The Eyes of Knowledge is a huge collection of archives that seems to remind me of The Blackened Library. It looks amazing! The whole dungeon was very large as there were many areas connected to each other. And...
...Um... You know what? I honestly feel like I don't have much to say right now. I guess I should give a much better summary on my experience on the first dungeon. But hey, at least I'm progressing. So that's good to know. But yeah, I'll probably write a summary on that. Anyways, I'm just letting you know that I'm progressing.

Aww yeah!
That might be the slightly buggy version, but I hope that's not the case! Looks like you're doing very well!
Hey, listen! I've made a review on The Eyes of Knowledge. Grab your seats as you're about to read a long summary.
Let's start off with the first area of this whole dungeon as this whole dungeon is massive by its length. Ah yes, a library that has been abandoned & has been overgrown by vines...and cave spiders. I can't really remember much of my playthrough, so I'll put down as much as I can.
Experience -- Entering the collection of archives was a little rough as I had mobs trying to kill me even though I haven't died once (True story). Zombies, creepers, skeletons, witches, spiders and cave spiders. I think one concern about me was my armor. I can't really remember what I had at the time but I'm pretty sure it was decent armor. I'm so glad that I brewed healing & regeneration potions. They managed to keep me alive from poison & damage. At the second level, I encountered more stupid spiders & for some reason, at the bookcases from the left & right, skeletons & creepers were like falling from the ceiling. I believe they were trying to keep me away from the loot in those dispensers. Hmm... It was at that point were everything was going easy as going up to the third floor, you provided potions, blocks of coal, and loot.
Positivity -- The library is astonishing. The design of this library is very well constructed. Almost like a library in one of those fancy mansions. I swear, ever since Spellbound Caves, some libraries always remind me of The Blackened Library. You're very generous with the loot in this area. Thanks for those gold blocks that can be found in the bottom center.
Critical Critiques -- The chests in the center were empty. And it seems that trapdoors are still glitched. But that's only minor.
The second area of the dungeon.
Experience -- I decided to go back and brew more potion like swiftness & strength. That & repair that powerful, enchanted stone sword. Combat wasn't hard to deal with. I had powerful weapons at that time. And potatoes! Yeah, I like my potatoes.
Positivity -- Generosity is provided. Blocks of Coal, 4 more Gold Blocks, loot in those chests behind bars, Enchantment Tables! Again, the whole area is well-made. Some points of design were unique like that blue stained glass representing a water pipe of sort. Or those Packed Ice being next to fire.
Critical Critiques -- Um... Nothing is wrong!
The third area of the whole dungeon.
Experience -- Not much happened. The only things that occurred were witches coming from a spawner. Then after that, nothing else happened.
Positivity -- My god. There's so much iron! Like 48 blocks of them! The use of portals were pretty cool. Especially that portal in the back of the wall.
Critical Critiques -- Using upside-down pistons as the floor might have been annoying-some. Like, I was trying to place torches and my command to place torches was invalid. Oh and that one stone brick stair was in my way.
The hallway. And the fourth area of The Eyes of Knowledge.
Experience -- I remember seeing chests in the left side of the hallway. Experience & loot! And... That's it. Oh wait, a witch naturally spawned. Okay, that's all I can say. :/
Positivity -- Just because nothing really happens, that doesn't keep me from complimenting the architecture. The one thing that I liked was that banner. Nice use of colors.
Critical Critiques -- Um... It's just a connection to the next area. There's nothing wrong.
A very large, underground area. Not sure what it's supposed to be entirely.
Experience -- I unfortunately didn't bring any fire resistance of sort to keep me from being damaged by those blazes. But there weren't many of them. The amount of zombies that naturally spawned was pretty big. From the upper level & the lower level. I guess I should also mention those spawners under the stone slabs. I think they were cave spider spawners. Were they? I apparently can't remember. But I do remember seeing hoards of mobs waiting for me at the bottom floor. They must have spawned so that they can guard those chests & that one diamond ore! Um, was there anything in that dispenser way in the back? NO?! Oh well.
Positivity -- A nice, large area to conquer. The architecture looks amusing. I have to say, it's nice to see custom items here & there. You know, the Starforge Chest? That's nice of you.
Critical Critiques -- Maybe it's just me, but I kinda feel like there was too much stone at the lower level. Maybe a bit of variation could improve, but that's just my opinion.
The corner of the final area. The corner that holds a powerful zombie.
Experience -- This corner was basically my farming area for armor. Where can I find armor? Well, right here!
Positivity -- No aesthetics to be complimented. But as for the armored zombie, clearly they didn't want me to obtain the wool. Good job on that.
Critical Critiques -- Should the zombie be a little faster? Not like adding swiftness, but like modifying its footspeed. Just a thought.
The chamber of the Green Wool. Also, the final area of The Eyes of Knowledge.
Experience -- It sucks that I didn't bring any fire resistance to protect me from the blazes' fireballs. But hey, I like challenges. I had a powerful bow at the time. After killing almost all of them, it was time for me to make a run for the wool. Aw yeah! Green Wool get! Great, now all I have to do is to backtrack. Not to worry, I'll just chug a speed potion and sprint my way outta here. The End.
Positivity -- The architecture looked the same in the large area. But I'm not complaining.
Critical Critiques -- If one were to bring a Potion of Fire Resistance, then it just makes the situation underwhelming.
But hey, that's all I've got to say about The Eyes of Knowledge. Now that I typed this report, I can finally progress further. This is Crimson and I am out!

Thank you so much for that extreme thorough review of the area Next time I patch, I'll ensure those chests in the middle are definitely filled further, and I'll screw with the block variation in the Star Forge! I've buffed that final area a bit actually, adding some Cave Spider spawners, so it should be alright. I'll look into adjusting the powerful Watchers though!
I really want to play Vigilis Oculos but I haven't completed Ragecraft 2 and last time I played two CTMs at once I lost track of everything. Anyways, it looks like everything is going well on Septum. Once again, I wish you good luck on making it the best it can be, and I wish myself good luck on finishing Insomnia before 2016!
