THAT is the difference. I won because I can make a good ADVENTURE but not a good structure. Seriously, Motel CTL looks utter crap compared to some of the structures in that map.
I cannot build. That's why I don't make maps inspite of having really good & actually original story ideas. Unfortunately since I suck at building, chances are those ideas will never escape my brain :'(
I'm not great at it either (Adventure Multiplex was more of my type of thing too) but I'm giving it a go! Even if you just make an easy drop, it will fly by so nobody will notice if it's bad or not
Just a heads up to all those that are planning to use Lava as a landing pad,
Lava does NOT stop falling damage...
So even, if you douse the player with Fire res potion, you're still going to die if you fall from that height in Lava.

Once I'm in the well, I read the instructions but i still have to wait for the webs. Why not instead have there be a button that releases me to drop off of pistons.

Good dropping, but could be more directed...I went to the fountain a couple of times, and only after that did I go for the building.
Webs are still annoying, try not to overuse them, in other words: more water, less webs.

I was going to do a space theme, but then I saw that there already were a lot of those, and I realised that the only thing I can properly build is castles :/
But anyway, I was wondering, can I ask other people to help me or do you have to do it on your own?
If I get several maps with the same theme, they will be grouped into a similar "wing".
One more question (to help speed up the process), what Mod is this guy using to instantly add blocks at 2:54 (sorry, I haven't used many construction mods myself).

I believe it's world edit which is part of the 'single player commands' mod
As a mod, it takes a bit of getting used to, but it is very useful

It's my first time using it...it's easier than you think....the only commands I've used are:
//hpos1/2
//set x
//replace
the fancy stuff is very fancy, and that's what the wiki's for (worldedit wiki of course)
