I downloaded the map, but I spawn in the middle of the air, then spawn on top of bedrock? What is going on? I have Minecraft 1.1, but I don't want to update it, as I just LOVE it as it is.
That's your problem, you have 1.1. This map was made in 1.2.3 and therefore uses the Anvil map system which may or may not be backwards compatible with the old MCRegion system used in 1.1.
BUT, if you search around the edges of the bedrock, you'll see the spawn, which is connected by a track to the bedrock cube.
This is amazing! Did you use WorldEdit? I can't see any possible way to do it other than using that or any other world editor.
I also just found the Portal 2 Sounds for Minecraft soundpack, and I HIGHLY recommend at least installing the music. It makes the experience so much better!
Edit: Nevermind, I just found MCTerra, I guess that explains the tunnels. But it is still amazing.
I'm working on an update and was wondering, would people be opposed to installing Better Dungeons and Adventure Items mods in order to use my map?
They're a fantastic set of mods, check them out here: http://www.minecraft...he-adventurers/
Edit: Update delayed because a wild 1.2.4 appeared.
OK, until further notice, all refinement on this map has stopped. I just have too much going on IRL and don't have enough time for this map.
I hope you all will understand and thank you for the downloads!
I would love to help you out but they changed it, for now just post it as a link until you figure it out.

I never use this website anymore; my Steam, YouTube, etc are Alscenic.
