Sorry about that. There was a glitch with ad.fly and mediafire when we decided to try out ad.fly. Then when they got that fixed, they blocked any files that were using the work-around. I should have known to fix this one when Deja Vu broke.
I've been playing this map off and on since I finished Deja Vu (3 weeks ago? 4?). Here's my progress...
finished Mine - didn't receive any 'tool'
Burning house - received flint & steel
Finished water diamonds/sphere - didn't receive any 'tool'
The door to Top Ramen tower isn't open, I think I need to find 2 more switch rooms. And I thought I was supposed to find 5 tools, but I should go back to the libratorium and re-read what my goals are.
About to explore under the lighthouse
need to do farm
need to do volcano
I'm curious if I missed some 'tool' in the 2 areas mentioned above?

The mine had the minecart and the diamonds had the sword... with the exception of the flint and steel, the tools are all part of the dungeons rather than given at the end. You didn't miss anything unless you got through the diamonds without picking up the sword, and if so my admiration to you, sir. And the volcano is the mine, so you have that dungeon finished, but I won't discourage you from exploring any part of the map because there's a fair amount of extra side dungeons and easter eggs sitting around.

Oh! Excellent! Then I'm in very good shape. I'll start uploading my playthru later today but I won't "rate" the map until it's finished.
Ok... I finished the entire map. 4 hours.
I thoroughly enjoyed the first 3 hours. I was increasingly disappointed by the last hour, and the end actually made me angry.

Glad to hear it.

Totally understand where you're coming from...
and the end actually made me angry.
This we'll wait and see the playthrough. I don't know in what way it made you angry. I could ask you to just elaborate, but I'd rather be patient and see the natural reaction.
Thank you very much, sir. That's actually a little higher than what I expected, too. A few of the playthrough's showed off some flaws in the maps progression that we didn't realize would happen when we put it together. That 3 probably means you got through it the way we envisioned, and that's nice.
The next map is gonna be Deja Vu 2, and it's probably a couple months away. Summer is starting so we'll be right into the swing of things soon, but we'd rather not rush it the way we did Deja Vu so we can get a little more scale and polish into it.

I can see the last quarter of it draggnig on a bit long but I'm surprised you didn't like the ending. The best explanation I can think of is that you didn't actually make it all the way and ended up in the cake room and just assumed that was it? Because that's happened to some people and it would certainly make me angry if that's all there was.

I just uploaded episode 5. The first half of 11 is my favorite so far, but the second half is when the map suddenly took a turn in terms of progression, then it seemed to spiral away from the original goal of the map. I will be uploading 1 or 2 episodes per day depending how much other content gets backlogged.

Interesting thing to note about it spiraling away from the original goal- when we started planning this map, the nether had only been in the game for one month so initially we thought it was creative and interesting...
Hey there! I completed the map quite some time ago with a friend and our playthrough took about 6 hours or so and I ave just now gotten around to turning our footage into episodes. I'm uploading one episode every week with the second one coming up this Sunday.
I must say that I really enjoyed this map. The only huge issue we found was where one of the switches to open a door to Top Ramen Tower did not actually open the door, but by now I imagine that problem has been fixed.
That it does.
I hope it's fixed for you now.

I will share the rating when I have finished the full map. Hopefully this weekend.

I'll be uploading somewhere between 13 and 15 episodes at http://www.youtube.com/rsmalec
REALLY looking forward to your next map.
Glad to hear it.

Ew, no! Waiting is so boring!

I welcome any and all constructive feedback!
When I have the opportunity I will surely do a series on your Deja Vu map as well.
Thanks a bunch. I'm sure that you'll enjoy Deja Vu.
