I'm sorry for the lack of updates *glares at foot*, but I would like to assure you that my next map IS still in planning stages. I want this map to be very good, so bear with me.
Hey hey heeeeeeeeey! Guess who's back! I have some good, and slightly bad news. I'll start with the slightly bad.
Because of the issue with the school computer, I lost all my footage. About 6 hours. Bummer. So, that being said, I have to start at where amalon sent me the link with the fixed nether fences. Only an episode or two are cut out, so I'll just paraphrase what happened in those episodes on my next one.
Let me sum up a few things for you.
1 TB hard drive at 5400 RPM.
16 Gigs of RAM.
17.3 inch screen
Nvidia 675 graphics card.
Blu-ray player.
Built in subs.
1250 dollars.
GETS HERE IN FIVE DAYS. Count it down, people, because (if all goes well), I'll have a new episode up exactly one week from now.
It will be good to be back, and part of the community. Missed you guys ^^

Aw, that means you'll have to do a phony reenactment of your hate and resent during the forest. Darn. Make it believable, at least.

Well, the forest was kinda easy in my eyes. Idk if most people do this, but here's what I did.
Jimmy and I ran in there and walked along the top of the "creepy" maze (ha. see what I did there?). I then made a mad dash because I saw an opening in the tree trunk. I used that hatchet and wood to go straight up and dig a way into the wool room. I read the sign, sat there for about 5 minutes not wanting to open it, freaking out because I thought the tree was gonna burn under me...LITTLE DID I KNOW. (I have no clue how you did that, Mr. Amalon, but that was ****ing badass. I'm sitting up there with the wool planning an escape and Jimmy gets to the intersection and is just like HOLY ****. WHAT DID YOU DO? WHAT THE **** DID YOU DO? THIS FOREST IS NOT ****ING FRIENDLY AT ALL.) But yeah. It wasn't that bad actually. I didn't do ANY exploring like I could have, so that helped.

Yeah, its not deadly - but the reactions are priceless. ^^
I just did cutthroat caverns and boy was that painful. I eventually resorted to using single player commands to keep my stuff when I died, I was dying so much. It was mostly fun death though, it reminded me of Vechs.
Still, I persevered and got everything but the diamond block eventually. (Where is it?! I've searched everywhere, even the nether)
The intro room and the twisting passages in the ice castle felt way too familiar from Vech's Spellbound Caves. Everything else was unique and cool though.
The friendly forest isn't friendly. It's not friendly at all!!! o_O

Heheheh. Yeah, I usually get frustrated and just cheat my stuff back when I die too, so I can't blame you. Yeah, my biggest complaint with the map is how similar it is to Vechs' maps. I'm definitely changing this in my future map.
Also, if you need help with the diamond block, (ONLY for those who cannot find the diamonds! You have been warned! (glares at Scott))
Diamonds are found in two areas - in a building behind the tower in the area "Throne of the Colossus" and underneath the spawn island in the End dimension.
Ah..It's been a while since I've been here (even though I never post). Good to see your playerbase is growing Amalon.
Now to business.
I was wondering whether you have heard of this particular application. Basically, it removes all (if not most of) the lighting glitches in your map, with the only downside being an invisible ladder being added here and there.

I'm offended, Amalon! How dare you insinuate that I would do sucha thing!
Oh...Jimmy and I are recording tonight ^^ Just so you know.

Not what I meant. Changed it to "medicinal issues".
[EDIT] HERP DERP. I meant "medical problems" in the first place. Not medicinal. what is words
I'm glad you care about my health, foot.

The mod I'm specifically mentioning is "Add Ladders", but that seems rather obvious.
Cheers, and here's to your series growing far!
