Most recent update at June 27th: Jester5009 brought two more maps in! Temple is a very large map and very fun to play, similar to COD's Shangri-La. Very fun to play! His other map, Hedge Maze, is exactly what it sounds like. A hedge maze! Just like Overcome, the map revolves around finding your way around the place. However, this map is a lot tighter and denser than Overcome, and requires a little more skill to survive here.
An old veteran makes their return. Mineshaft is back again! An old map that took a few YEARS to update to the latest version. The map was originally a Zombiecraft 2.x exclusive. It was not updated because of it's massive size, but after trimming down on blocks and optimizing, it now has a much more bearable loading time. The map itself takes place almost entirely underground, and can get quite cramped.
As you Zombiecraft fans know, modzillaminecraft.com was changed to deadhope.net (which failed miserably >:-D). So, I am migrating all of my maps here. The text in red is quite important if you want to play these maps: REQUIRES ZOMBIECRAFT!!!! (Zombiecraft website is here)
One last note: This is not a Zombiecraft support topic. We are not a Zombiecraft support group.

If a provided map does not have any problems however and it is only one or more of our maps, you are allowed to post whatever problem you may have on this thread and we will help you out as best as we can. How to install maps (Credit goes to Feare_104 for the tutorial)
[spoiler]Installing a Map:
1) Download the map you wish to play.
2) Extract the schematic from inside the .zip or .rar to your desktop (If it is not in a .zip or .rar, then just download it to your desktop).
3) Locate your .minecraft folder:
Windows ~ %appdata%\.minecraft
Mac ~ ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux ~ ~/.minecraft
((Other Information:
If you're a Windows user and are unfamiliar with how to find your appdata folder, follow these steps:
Click Start ? Run. If you don't see "Run" try holding down your "Windows" key and press the R key.
Type %appdata% (case doesn't matter but be sure to include the % markers) and click OK.
Open the .minecraft folder.
If you're a Linux or Mac user, the ~ in the path refers to your home directory.
4) Find the folder "ZC3Maps".
5) Drag the schematic from your desktop into this folder.
6) Run Minecraft, then enjoy playing these new maps![/spoiler]

You are the mayor of a town with a very large population. You hear stories about a man who was part of the town and left to make his own home. He did, but he came back to town every other day to visit. One day, he never came back. His brother, the last of his family, went to search for him. He disappeared also. You go threw the town asking people about the man, and they just tell the same story. You meet someone who claims he knew the man very well. You ask him where he went off to, and he gave you a direction. You take a pistol and head out. In the dead of night, you find the house. You notice that it looks more like a fort than a house, with fences all around. You climb the fence and notice that the house looks like one side exploded and moss grew over it. You then trip over something, you turn and see a man on the ground. You move towards it and tap it with your hand. It doesn't move. Then you push it and the man gets up. You ask if it's alright, and he lets out a moan. He starts to move close to you and you take a step back. Then he grabs you and tries to bite you. You push the man to the ground and turn around to run, but the man had friends...

A map that started out as a simple test for custom lighting. The map had potential, so I picked it up from where it was and turned it into a classic linear ZombieCraft map. The map is fairly basic and takes up little room.

British forces moved in, so the Germans called off their attack on Moscow. They switched tactics to a counter-offensive, and retreated back into North Africa. But they weren't fast enough.
The British Air Force called in bombers and fighter jets to gun down the running Nazis. Those who did manage to escape were unlucky.. Radioactive mines were dropped on all supply routes, destroying all food and supplies the Germans were transporting. Britian then set up forces in the hills, cutting off any routes of escape.
The Germans decided to set up a little encampment in an hold abandoned mansion. It wasn't much, but it served it's purpose.
British forces kept moving in, and our leader, Hitler was trapped in this house with us.
My comrades decided to end their own lives. Hitler ran. He was gunned down, about 30 kilometres away from the enemy barracks.
I stayed. I don't think it was the smartest thing to do, but at least I was able to live.
The Brits didn't send an all out attack on the rest of. They decided to wait it out, and they let us starve.
I was surprised. They didn't retreat, even when there were only a few hundred of us alive. They didn't even leave when the bombs were dropped. Three nuclear bombs, world wide. We were doomed.
My friends were killed. Even if they weren't, they were infected by the raditation left behind.
I was able to find a hidden bunker, but it was only large enough to fit one human body. I wanted to live.

So, when I came out, they were all dead.. But I found out that they weren't only dead.. But were a kind of "living dead"

The Wilderness was my winner map back at Modzilla forums. The map alone had more downloads then The Crusade (map I posted on Modzilla) and Mineshaft combined, maybe even Unbreakable also. I am considering a Wilderness 2, with a similar story, but different people. The idea will be the same, an adventure heads out looking for something/someone, and traps him/her in a large zombie-infested area. The exact story for #2 is unknown, as well as the environment. Should I continue with this idea, or a new, more original map?
EDIT: Oh, and I fixed Mineshaft
NO one really plays zombiecraft that much anymore they should update it to 1.2
Actually, if you look at Corosus' thread a few people have been posting about Zombiecraft. And if you look at the map link I provided, it's growing! In fact, a new map was added today. But I will admit, there are very few who still play it, but a few nonetheless.

Thanks! I plan on making more, but I want to wait until Zombiecraft 3.0 is released. I have reason to believe that Zombiecraft 2 maps won't work on 3, so if I make another when 3 is coming so close I would just have to redo it because it will stop working. Right now, The Wilderness 2 is in development, but paused because of this.
EDIT: Zomboecraft pre-alpha 3.0 is out, so I will start converting my maps. I will go down the list, so first is The Wilderness.
EDIT2: Sorry Unbreakable fans, but I am not sure if I can do this map in Zombiecraft 3.0, as it uses some other method of ammo instead of items. Until I can think of something, Unbreakable will be for Zombiecraft 2.0 to Zombiecraft 2.23 only.
