Story:
Deemed worthy by an unknown figure known only as 'Q'; you have been summoned to 221A Baker street in order to be briefed on an upcoming mission. One of the institute's top men, one Samuel Hemlock, has gone missing in the field and you're being tasked with a seemingly simple search and rescue mission. He was last seen at a mysterious circus which he was investigating not far from your current location following a series of disappearances. This should be an easy task for a hardened adventurer such as yourself, right? Inspector Hemlock and the Bermuda Circus is an adventure map that throws conventions out of the window, following in the footsteps of a new breed of custom maps which use Youtube videos to guide the story instead of .txt files. This allows the player to remain immersed in the story, only having to tab out to start the next video before tabbing back in to continue while it plays. Furthermore, a 'main menu' video is used to allow for quick transition back and forth between videos.
This map can be played with one or more people and is non linear!

Feedback is much appreciated, good and bad. Even just a simple 'this was great' lets me know that people are enjoying it and leaves me feeling warm and fuzzy inside.
Edit: Fixed the first post somewhat and added a banner. If anyone can tell me how to double space without the editor screwing up it would be greatly appreciated :smile.gif:

Currently there are two blocks of stone brick blocking the ladders down to one of the puzzles in the puzzle house. This is not intended, a fix will be coming asap to remove it, but in the mean time you may just smash through them!

More on topic; I'm eager to try this map.
Personally I prefer dark stone, but I think it depends on the map somewhat. I wanted this map to have a slightly dark feel, therefore, dark stone XD
Good to hear :smile.gif: Thanks :smile.gif:
Rules?
The rules are read out on the 'main menu' video, but I can add them to the main post if you think it would be beneficial?
i'd like to read the story instead of having to open youtube videos `^`
Of course, I'll get on that now :smile.gif:
There is now an optional download with all of the .txt files in it :smile.gif:
