Going to be let's playing your maps and my skin is a time traveler, so.. :biggrin.gif:
Alright. I'm new to CTM maps so I'm playing Cold Depths to get used to them(since its listed as Easy). And so far its pretty easy. But wtf is up the first large cave system. I've spent about an hour and a half in there lighting everything up(If I had to guess I'd say I've used 800+ torches so far) and I even found the area that's entirely under water hidden in a corner. But I still have yet to find a wool.
Is there even one in there? I'd like to know if I'm just wasting my time. I wanted to have fun and I don't find caving to be all that fun unless there's a point. so I'd like to know if there's a point to this cave :/

I'm usually not trying to be rude. So if a post comes across that way then sorry :]
Just a tip, explore more overground as well as underground, Cold Depths is a map very much for explorers, also make pillars in the air so you know where certain way points are (in other words, to stop you getting lost).
I have no problem finding my way around underground or on land. I just don't like wasting easily 800 torches(just went through another three stacks lighting up another area I just found) for nothing. I mean.. I've found diamond in the deeper parts of the cave. But I'm not a big diamond fan anyway. I'd rather have back all the coal I wasted :/
Seriously though. Is there a wool in that damned cave? As far as I know its all been explored now. The first one that is. With the flame sword. Where you go left facing away from the chest and go down. Or is it literally just a place for resources?

It is an open world map, you are supposed to explore and find out. But usually if there is something in the caves, I will put something at the entrance... USUALLY (not all the time). And as Denzien says, explore the overworld more. The first cave has nothing if I remember correctly.
I have 4 Suggestions for the Mr. Bloo
1. A twitchTV livestream of the RTW with me, Denzien, a youtuber of your choose, and yourself.
2. Terror Trees 2.0 with atleast 10 wools.
3. Start a vote on the theme of the next map.
4. When you feature someone on the frontpage make sure that they have a good mic and screen recording software.

If by RTM you meant RFW, I'd be down. I've been looking for some people to run one with.
I'm new around here, but you could see a few of my videos on my youtube channel.

I'm down with that (: Wait till 1.2 comes out. I have a the RFW map made :biggrin.gif:
I see you a lot on the forums so you sounded good and your a testor. For the race for wool I got me a mumble server. Basicly we need players with good mics that have decent skills in minecraft and can run mumble. We also need a host for a server unless we're going to use bloo's hamachi one.

Timetoslide, did you see my message on Youtube about Far Error?
Without giving too much away, is there actually anything in Far Error other then resources and a couple chests with tools? I spent hours in there and couldn't find anything. Not looking for any specific details, just a yes/no will suffice.

currently upgrading the maps to Anvil Support, although I can only get to releasing the maps when MCEdit updated by TKTech gets released for Windows (:
So I've been playing through The Limit and I only have one wool to go. I must say, I first downloaded this map thinking it would only take me a few days since there's only six wool. Man, was I wrong. This map is listed as hard and it actually lives up to that rating. Congrats. This map is awesome even if it is rage-inducing as well. What follows isn't too specific so I don't think I need to spoiler it.
The sandstone diamonds (not sure what to call it - I don't think it has a sign) can die in a f*&^%ing fire! By the time I finished that area I stopped keeping track of my death count (it's over 40 by this point, I think).
The water bridges connecting the different areas are a neat idea as well. Also, I have never had a more aggravating experience trying to mine diamond in all my life. Kudos.
Next up, I'm off to "The Dungeon" and my last wool. Once I finish this map I'll try taking some screenshots and putting them up here if I can, then it's on to Terror Trees (want to try the original before you revise it).
All in all, a great map. Entertaining, addictive, and difficult. I've beaten Sea of Flame II and Kaizo Caverns 2.1 and I can honestly say that SoF has nothing on this in terms of difficulty though parts of Kaizo are on par and/or exceed this map's difficulty (this assessment could change once I get to "The Dungeon"). Take that as you will.
