I just wasn't in the mood for building tonight....I found plenty of supplies though, including an Ender Pearl.
There's also a ravine deeper in the main mine that drops down quite a bit to lava. It probably has diamonds near it somewhere.
And also, to the guy who rigged his house with TNT and almost killed me:

Edit2: I have decided to move his tree house away from the town until he can prove that it was made legitimately. If you think I'm bring unfair, just look at it...
Notice the disregarded plot boundaries and the unusually square terrain...
Edit3: I kinda lost heart so I didn't do much besides move the treehouse and reserve some plots for myself. :/
Guys when you build in the town try to make houses within the plots...
Very sorry for the late response. I've been pretty busy, and I wish I was able to check this more often. But yea, that looks like it's copy and pasted. If you see anything like that, you should always go back to an earlier download where it doesn't look like anyone cheated. That would have taken forever to make, and there are walls of stone and dirt and grass. But it's probably too late now.
This pass it on looks like it's going pretty good though. I haven't really been paying attention to it, but you guys basically have control of everything, which makes it easier for me.
I didn't do much, just explored alot, killed every cow in sight, found abandoned mines, left it unexplored, went ahead and gathered alot of resources (the arrows took me a LONG time to gather and make) made new iron armor, and set up the starting point by the abandoned mines.
There are two maps in the zip file:
1) Abandoned Mines Spawn -spawn near the abandoned mines with plenty of equipment and tons of raw food.
2) Original Spawn - The original spawn, along with my meat cooking in the 2 furnaces by the emergency food chest.
In both worlds, there is about 2 stacks of beef i gathered from cows from exploring, so i guess you can call me the butcher.

EDIT: I made a compass, so you can easily go back to the village if you decide to use the abandoned mines spawn.

I was searching diamonds and failed also made a bridge to outside a little house and a public mine
