Has your custom map been decreasing in popularity and you don't know why?
Have you been lacking feedback and are unsure about what direction to go with your map?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions then this is for you.
I will review your map and then I will tell you what I liked, what I didn't like, what I would improve and finally a global rating (out of 25) for the map.
Here is your review, it's incomplete since I got kinda lost and my interest just wasnt there anymore, sorry.
At first I was really thinking this was well made since I could actually make the jumps you know, but then I go outside and I thought I had gone the wrong way, but I kept going and at the end it tells you to kill yourself in the lava, so I do thinking there might be water under the lava, but no I actually died. And then I get outside again and I look everywhere and I can't find another path so I go on the one I went on before (again). After I go through the path again, I realize there is a door behind the sign and that was the "real" way. *TIP: Don't make the lava deadly just make it so that it's a "fake" so that if you do go in you don't actually die and you don't have to start all over again*.
So I start and it's quite easy to understand what I have to do (which is good). Everything is gorgeous and it really looks like you spent some time building everything. I really loved it, the difficulty level was really good, and I found that everything was quite balanced. *TIP* Add some food, since I was using 1.8 Pre-Release 2, I had the hunger bar and it went down and I died from it and I hadn't slept in any bed so I was back at the beginning which was quite frustrating.
But except for that "incident", it was really good and I would (and will) recomend it to my friends who also play Minecraft.
My rating for this map is 24 out of 25 possible points.
So thank you yokcos700 for your submission.
It wasn't the best puzzle map I have seen so far but I still had quite a lot of fun with it. The puzzles weren't hard, I would even say they were a bit too easy, (except for that ladder jumping one). *TIP* Add some scenery, and at the end don't release us in the open world, make a room for the ending, the same room in which you start in the sequel (if you make a sequel).
So I would give it a 19.5 out of 25 possible points.
But I would still recommend it to a friend.
P.S. This map was around 5-8 minutes of gameplay only.
Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear back from you soon.
Review is done. (I'm on fire tonight, I did like 2-4 reviews!) (Do not except this to continue at this rate).
The map was amazing! Everything looked great. First map reviewed that I actually had to think a bit to complete the different puzzle. I really like your style of building. It was just so amazing just to look at everything.
*TIP* Add some combat, I haven't reviewed a single map yet where there were combat that was really fun and engaging.
This map deserves the Best Map So Far Award. So congratulation.
I would give this map a 24.9 out of 25 possible points.
