I downloaded played I thought it was awesome and I didnt get sad about the people I just wanted to avenge them, but when I read the last note I was like wtf have I done o.o
Maybe if you try you will find they don't matter so much. :wink.gif: And yes I have seen that forum page, and it might be something to try for next time, but for now the notes are not actually that big of a problem. As it is a story/adv map, most people do not mind them.
This was a truely amazing story. I somehow managed to read the notes in the numerical order on my first play. This was my first adventure map, and I have to say, I'm probably going to be doing adventure maps for a while now. You got my hooked. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to record an amazing LP to properly call attention to this well done map, but perhaps when I can get my recording setup to undie, I will be able to showcase this thing properly.
By the end, I'd gotten 26 gold ingots. I inadvertantly cheated at the end, as when i went to where the last map indicated, I was a good bit off course from an important entrance. I found my way when a creeper surprised me by some surface lightstone, and I fell into the final room. I backtracked and manged to get the whole thing right, but it kinda reduced the amazing seamlessness the story had had till then.

I'm glad I could help you get interested in adventure maps, they really do open up a hole new area to explore. I would love it if you could give me a lp or review of some sort. One of my favorite things is watching video reviews of my map. Too bad you got unlucky with the ending, oh well at least you enjoyed!
YOur review is done, I thouroughly enjoyed your map.
Thanks for the great review! I am glad you enjoyed the map. Also happy to see you put me in as as "best plot" on your reviews thread. Anyway, I really appreciate the review, and I do understand it lacks in challenges, but as you said, it really doesn't need them. It is a story/adv and really the challenges do not matter the same way.
Thanks for the feedback, and if any reader wants to see the review, you can find it in the "reviews" section!!!
Amazing! Very in-depth and unique. I kind of ruined the ending by already having a flint and steel on me... but I did get 22 gold in all. 20 ingots, but I crafted a gold sword...
Haha that was the idea.... I am glad you enjoyed!
Thanks for the feedback!
Yep you can play it fairly easily with 1-4 players :smile.gif:
No problem! I am glad you enjoyed.
Thanks for the feedback!
Thank you. 27 ingots! That's really good!

I can see why. This map isn't really an adventure map. It is a hybrid of story and adventure. I'm glad you liked it!

It's good you enjoyed! 24 ingots is still pretty good, as you have to be really observant to get anywhere close to 50.
haha its ok, just let it out.
