Don't remove the current challenge 22 completely, if you decide to make a new challenge 22, I think the current challenge 22 should be accessible as a bonus or extra area.
Also, I am having trouble voting in the poll, it says I need to mark both questions and I do. Anyways, my answer to the second question isYes.
My only complaint is that something's wrong with the "set spawn" command block at spawn; hitting respawn after using it to set spawn results in a java.lang.NullPointerException. Could be related to one of the mods I have installed.
Ah, yes, another minor complaint. In the "uber parkour map" (the hardest one,) I was expecting something a little more ... clever than just the standard jumping block-to-block. Sort of like the dungeon (can't remember the name) in A with the mossy cobble sticking out from the wall so you have to time your jumps perfectly. Again, just a minor complaint. It does its job (being nearly impossible, but possible) quite well!
Let’s play good guys against bad guys… Yes. Let’s play that. Are you ready? You’re the bad guy. And when you’re bad, you just run. That’s fine right? Well… Shall we play?
I had too much trouble with course 22: Hound Training Facility. The dog wouldn't follow me properly in the part with the doors. and when it does, it runs over the blue pressure pads too quickly and i can't make the parkour in time <-- fire of rage
I'm not sure if anyone asked this but, will you also make some smart moving challenges? SM is really good for making really epic parkour experience.
That might not be a good idea as it is supposed to be vanilla (modless). If so, it might be in a different map or something, as someone would just play it and get stuck in a 1-high block jump (or crouch though) .
Version 3.2 Updates
The existing challenge, Challenge 22: Hound Training Centre will be relocated to a field near Challenge 17 and 18. The number will be changed to X1 (Challenge X1: Hound Training Centre).
The now empty Challenge 22 field will be replaced by a new challenge. It will be a studio town like Pokéstar Studios in Pokémon Black and White 2. More details will be revealed soon.
Construction of Zone D will be put on hold and will be released in Version 3.3.
Here are the pictures of what Zone D looks like now:
Zone Centre D (Spawn D) (Not completed, there will be buildings surrounding the centre):
Question: why is it not allowed to use a mod that replaces the double tapping W into hold W and shift? (like in most games) Lots of games do have that option. And sometimes double tapping won't work very good in minecraft. Please reply, I want an explanation from someone I use the key sprint mod
I built the map based on the assumption that no mods are required to play this map. The sprint key mod that is toggle-able is not allowed because the sprint did not break when you lean against the wall, which is unfair to those people without the mod. In my opinion, double-tapping the forward key to sprint is considered a 'parkour skill', so relying on the mod to sprint is like cheating. Unless Jeb decides to implement the toggle-able sprint button, using this mod is not allowed.
Hi Tetrix Long time no see! I just have two things to say about this map since i last posted a LONG time ago. First off As i said way long ago I LOVE this map its has a great design and all the challenges has a unique theme. Secondly, the bugs i have found. In challenge 6 (Parkour Town) the part with the restone doors that you have to jump across all the redstone down below isnt there. Well it is but its in the form that i can pick up the redstone stuff. So at the moment i cant do that challenge. Also in Challenge 5 (Rocky Temple) in stage 2 there is no redstone to push out the pistons so i can no longer advance in that challenge either. I hope you fix this soon (and maybe for some strange reason its only for me) i have tried downloading it again, still the same problem.
Thanks, Evilking
I like the new look of MineStudios it gives it a new look. Is the difficulty Normal? I'm excited coz it looks AWESOME!!!Also, I am excited for Challenge 25!

This is what I had built so far:
Trees will be added on the raised grass patch.
