Thanks. I still have a lot of work to do on the pack (as I'm basically starting a lot of new blocks from scratch) and was hoping they looked good. Stay tuned! More work will happen tonight as we are nearly 3/5 of the way done with the Water Temple.
My first reaction: Wow, this is epic! Better try the demo!
*Tries demo up to the shrine (Lol, I was so excited)*
My second reaction: Better get the full version :biggrin.gif:
*Unavailable*
Me: ... FUUUUUUUUUUUU-
The room started shaking from my rage, and I caused a minor earthquake in my town :3
So how much percent would you say of the map is finished?
No clue. If I were to go by which areas are pretty much done, then about 20% of the entire map is done.
Percentages make it sound like not much has been done, when in reality this is just a massive undertaking. Realize that I DO NOT include the basic terrain and structures in the % of completion (if that was the case, I would say that 60% of the map is done) because it doesn't take as long and isn't as big of a part of the map as the dungeons are.
But realize that 4% of the map has been completed in about a week and full-time construction has taken off again and we now have multiple people in the project, so in terms of the % completion of the next release, we are about 50% done.
The water temple is getting pretty close to the scripting and AC elements phase, then next will be Inglip.

Basically, I can't wait!
Haha, well that is a completely acceptable reaction. Do know that we're working very hard on this and the amount of time that is being dedicated to the project just went up by 2 hours average each day. That and with the additional manpower we have, the update is coming much sooner than originally anticipated.
hey guys, first: this is a great map so far
second: i found a bug, its in the first dungeon when you have to use your bow to open the door. Well, after i shot the symbol thing and it lit up, the wall that was supposed to dissapear, didnt. I can hear the door open when i go near it, but the wall is still there.

any help?
Hmmm? Seems odd, as I haven't run into that before in my tests. I'll have to go through and see if I can duplicate your results.
For now, just hit F4, then hit the "t" key, then type /noclip
Once you fly through the doorway, just type /noclip again, then /fly, then hit F4.
If you ever run into an issue like this again, just try that. I'll fix it if I can find out why it is happening.
When is there going to be a new announcement!! :sad.gif: anyways take as long as you want, as inthelittlewood said in one of his videos the quality is better then the quantity! Or something along those lines lol!

Um... potentially not for a week or maybe even two. This is why.
This game is absolutely incredible. The sound design, lighting, and immersion are absolutely stellar.
Upgrading to a 6970 CrossFireX setup was most certainly worth it! :biggrin.gif:
Hey, this adventure map looks really fun but i downloaded it and im still getting the white screen problem ive tried to fix it and can't seem to get it to work. If you could maybe give me any information on how i could fix it or anything like that would be nice.

are you using adventurecraft... because you need that
yea, i have adventurecraft 1.8.1 along with LOZ v01.4.3, when i talk to any of the npcs i just get a white screen.
You don't have enough VRAM to load the overlays. This won't be fixed until the next version, since we will be moving towards a UI Sprite based dialogue system, and even then, slower computers with low end graphics may not work properly.

Alright that kinda sucks that i won't get to play. So hopefully the dialogue system will allow me to play and thanks for the reply.
The first things I wanted to focus on are the trees.
What do you guys think of the three different trees and the normal/birch leaves?
And this is what fields look like now that I've made some serious changes to the pack.
Feedback would be very welcomed :biggrin.gif:

Download AdventureCraft with the link below
Adventurecraft Thread
Install AdventureCraft by running the AdventureCraft.exe (for Windows), then run AdventureCraft
Click on "Download a Map"
Then click on my map. It will begin downloading and will auto-start when it finishes.
