v.01.2 is out. The goal if this release was to rid the map of bugs and provide a little more direction to players who have been getting lost. The mini map probably won't be released for a while, so signs will have to do for now.

The new version, 1.02 (?) is pretty much flawless.
Though, the flaws are serious.
First problem, the shovel. I bought the shovel and tested it out. It apparently can dig up blue emeralds called Quivers and magical beans called Zora Saphir. That might be something to fix.
The shield, whilst it looks pretty cool, Link can apparently hold shields backwards. That's just a texture bug, so you might want to change the shield textures.
Finally, I had to cheat several times in the dungeon to get to the next area. Whether this was because I did something wrong, or whether it's a rare bug, It can be a problem. Finally, just one thing that shouldn't be there, is there is two ladders in the bridges room that allow you to collect the silver key early. Might want to fix that.
Anyway, other than those bugs, it's pretty much awesome sauce.

I can retexture the shield on the gui so it looks the same on the gui but when you hold it, it will show the back of the shield. Thanks for bringing up the shovel. I'll add that to the fixes. Also, thanks for bringing up the ladder fix. All of these things (plus the new gui) will be fixed and I will reupload. Where did you have to cheat to get to the next area? I have played through the dungeon numerous times and every puzzle works. I think I'll just upload a walkthrough today so you can get a feel for how the dungeon is supposed to play out.
WHY DOES EVERYONE KEEP DOING ZELDA AC MAPS!!!!!!!! Zelda was a TERRIBLE series, THATS why all the recent games are all Wii EXCLUSIVE, not just cause nintendo (i think) owns the rights, ITS CAUSE NO ONE IS PUSHING FOR IT TO BE ON ANYTHING ELSE!!! I flipped a coin. Heads was a doom inspired map, tails was a Zelda inspired map. I got Tails.
If you don't like puzzles, then you don't have to download the map. But really, all you have done is serve me and reward me for making this map by bumping my thread twice (your post, and my response to your post).

EDIT: The Doom map will be next (not a remake). Either that or a Fallout or Oblivion inspired map. There just aren't a whole lot of things that you can do with items like the "hookshot", "powerglove", "bow", "boomerang" etc. Those all sound like LoZ items to me
@Assasin7395, please just stop your raging for a sec. Yes, there is a flipping load of Zelda maps out there, and yes, most of them are pretty short, bad, and don't make sense. This guy, on the other hand, is trying his best to make a good map that actually makes sense. SO far, this is a demo, and this guy is pretty reasonable. Just check his earlier comment.
Anyway, I saw the earlier post about copyright. If you want me to, I can help you create some skins for your use. :smile.gif: I like the idea of a Fallout map, but trying to get items like the Hookshot and Boomerang in would be a pain. It would fit into Oblivion, as magic, on the other hand. Doom, would be a great idea, as there's currently only one map out and that doesn't work. So, carry on ACing!
Well then it looks like I need to get this one done more quickly then to get it out! Some random terrain decided to generate in my map for some odd reason when I initially made the map, so it has taken me a few hours to restore a few areas and I'm still not done.
I'm adding more terrain features, houses, shacks, etc. to Inglip Mountain. Progress has been good.
