Won't be continuing work on it until I get a new computer set up, probably sometime during the last week of April. Then it'll probably take me at least a month to finish Unova interiors and updating Unova with 1.8 stuff so I wouldn't expect an update until at least the beginning of June.
hey thats cool, i was already expecting a summer update like last year lol
Hey Tony, first off I'd like to say that this map is really amazing. I've enjoyed it highly since I found it on the web and downloaded it into my game a few versions back. My favorite by far has to be Sinnoh just because Diamond/Pearl/Platinum are easily my favorite games from the franchise. If at all possible, I wouldn't at all mind if I could help out in anyway shape or form. In fact I'll let you know a small thing that, I'm not sure if you know and if you do I'm sorry for wasting your time but the /tittle command has changed from 1.8 to 1.9 so that you need quotation marks on practically everything now.
Something that I really enjoy about your map is the Rail System you use to connect all the regions together. I find that really cool and I have inspired my own type of rail system into my server thats based off of the one you made.

Thanks! And yeah, I think I'm gonna need an MCEdit filter or something to update all of the /title command blocks for 1.9...
I'm just starting in the world of Minecraft and saw your map in some game play and loved it. But I don't know how to enter to it. I downloaded all the files and all but after that I'm lost. Could anyone in this thread tell me how to enter?

1. There should be a file in the zip called "pokemon." (or something, I don't I remember)
2. Search your computer's address bar for "%appdata%."
3. Then, click on ".minecraft", then "saves", then drag the "pokemon" folder in the "saves" folder.
4. When you start Minecraft, there should be a world in singleplayer.
I kinda want to finish the interiors for Sinnoh and Unova and do storylines and stuff but I have no idea how to do any of that, so I was wondering how to input commands into a command block and what commands to use.
Also when I initially downloaded the map all the commands were working fine but the following day when I entered a town it did not show the town name on the screen and storylines do not work anymore. Maybe it has to do with the version of MC and I need to play on the version the map is loaded onto, but I don't know. Please help, THANKS!
Update time! This one's Version 18, which adds all Unova interiors.
Since this map has a lot of loud, ugly pressure plates, it's recommended to download this small resource pack. It can be loaded alongside your standard resource packs and simply makes stone pressure plates silent and invisible. Installation instructions are included in the download.
Updated many Unova exteriors with new blocks from 1.7 and 1.8
Overhauled the Tubeline Bridge, Marvelous Bridge, and the Skyarrow Bridge
The plane that flies between Mistralton City, Lentimas Town, and the Nature Preserve has a new interior
Added the Nature Preserve, accessible from the planes in Lentimas Town and Mistralton City
Added all of the Hidden Grottoes from B2/W2
Entirely rebuilt the Nimbasa train station (Battle Subway) to match the in-game layout
Bugfixes
Fixed sound-playing command blocks so they work in 1.9
Fixed titles (when entering cities and such) so they work in 1.9
Fixed some broken unicode that possibly caused server crashes near the Kanto Power Plant and the Goldenrod Radio Tower
Additionally, I made a brand new Imgur album containing lots of pictures of the map for those who would like to see it before they download it.Direct link here, or view them in the original post or here!
Which you probably know, pokemon sun and moon are comingg out in november...do you plan to make the alola region?
Just a suggestion but you should add the black2 and white 2 variants of the gyms like in castelia on one side you can have the classic gym layout and on the other door do the newer one kinda like how you did the kanto and john variants of the pokemon league next to each other. Also I love playing kalos!
Gahh i realize im sending so many messages but i keep forgetting to add things! Ok since you got your new computer set up and stuff and finished unova. Well I CAN'T wait for sinnoh to be finished along with the story for Sinnoh, Unova and Kalos! good luck!
I don't want to seem rude, but Sinnoh is very incomplete. I know it's a work in progress, but i sure hope the next update will add more to the region, specifically the interiors and quests.
P.S. Do you have any plans to add the Alola region after Sun and Moon come out?
Edit: I also noticed that some details on the overworld in Sinnoh are missing.
Edit 2: The End Portal on Spear Pillar takes the player to a box in the End, where the only way to escape is killing yourself, which takes you all the way back to Kanto.
Edit 3: I realized that I was being really negative about this map. I really love this map and I'm glad you made it.
Edit 4: Hopefully my last edit: Why the heck is this.... thing... here?

I may or may not do Alola, depending on how grid-based it still is. If I'm right in thinking it's completely free movement (i.e. no way to move on a grid) I probably won't seriously work on it, but I might play around with it a bit. More recent generations also tend to add more areas that are difficult to reproduce in Minecraft, like Lumiose City.
What about the sevii islands interiors? and can you add a hub to instantly teleport any region?
I might add the Sevii Island interiors in with the next update (which may be Sinnoh interiors, since that's the only region missing interiors now). A teleport hub thing might happen too for people who just want to explore quickly and don't want to muck around with minecarts.

See above answers about Alola and Sinnoh interiors.
1. It was built a while ago, so there may very well be missing things, but do you have any notable examples of stuff that's missing?
2. The DIstortion World (through the End Portal) doesn't actually exist yet. It'll come with the Sinnoh interiors update. If it's not the next update, I'll add something so you can get out.
3. Thanks!
4. Just for fun (it's actually the two tools I use most when building the map - WorldEdit tools)

Thank you! The main thing that I noticed was Amity Square being devoid of details, but that probably falls under interiors, and I thought that the east part of the beach on route 213 was lacking umbrellas, but I just looked it up, and there are just a couple trainers.
Edit: (I like editing my posts!) Regarding the Alola region, given the amount of useless detail you seem to add, (for example the branches that lead to nowhere on the trains, and you obviously had way too much fun with Clay Tunnel) I think you could manage to at least somewhat make it, even if only after 100% completing the other regions.
P.S. I know it would be a huge hassle to move the regions around, but you should check out this video:
(Wow, didn't expect it to actually show up in the forum.)
When I get a better computer in july Is it ok if I make a server out of this map? (i probably won't start until sinnoh is finished) And also do you plan to make the platinum battle zone with an actual battle frontier and do frontier interiors for hoenn?

Sure! And I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with the Platinum battle area yet. Which areas in Hoenn are you talking about specifically? Because the one island southeast of Pacifidlog should have interiors.
I was unable to find out how to obtain neither the badges nor the town map in Kalos. Am I missing something?
Edit: I found this... lair? underneath Johto. What purpose does it serve?
Kalos only has exterior/interior areas built, none of the storyline stuff exists yet, including badges or key items. That 'lair' is actually part of the Johto Safari Zone; that and the other random bits of landscape down there get cloned to the surface depending on how you configure the Safari Zone.

This is really hard lol. No weapons against skeletons and witches. But I won't turn it off because that would ruin the fun.

True, I never really balanced it with survival in mind, although nothing's saying you can't do a bit of mining for resources
I think to balance it i'll steal gym leader's equipment.
EDIT: Can't even do that. And now i'm trapped in the lavender town pokecenter.
At the battle frontier in hoenn, none of the battle buildings (battle pike, battle pyramid, etc) have interiors
