1.7.2 threw quite a few amazing improvements to the game's options. I might be able to play the map and host it at the same time, and not have my toaster suffer a nuclear meltdown. Yay!
To more or less repost my update in the Beta discussion thread for the general public:
No progress for a couple more weeks due to heavy workload, but I do have some downtime coming up and I will be back in the game at that time. Thinking about just publicly releasing the v1.5.2 Beta shortly and making the full release for 1.7.x.
I also want to announce that I will be obtaining a Realm server as soon as possible, and will be using that for group development and testing when it is available. I'll keep the thread posted on that development, of course.

Due to multiple requests I have made limited availability of the recent Beta version to the public. This map is still in BETA and therefore contains many bugs and incomplete features. DO NOT REHOST this map on other download services/forums/sites, etc. I do not want the incomplete Beta version propagating on other hosting sites, it will just create confusion down the road. I will be working on this map again shortly (1.7.x edition), so enjoy this version for now. Please note the issues reported below:

[06-cw] SPC mod interferes with certain Command Blocks. Disable this mod if installed.

The new relative teleport and rotate features are pretty sweet. Think I just figured out what I need to do with the Ruins of Zurh. But what I'm really excited about are bouncy blocks. I've been requesting these and spikes for over a year and a half, for recreating some classic video game action tropes.
I'm currently mucking about in my experimental flatworld trying things out, once I have a handle on the new pre-1.8 features, it's back to laying blocks.
I believe in you Cris. You can do it.
