Ouch! That would have hurt more than a few
My first episode:
Like vechs said, it's his first continental map, and he rushed it, so give him a break.
Well, I know this style of map will not be for everyone. Some people won't like it -- that's fine. They don't have to play it. Of course, his complaints with Lethamyr apply to vanilla Minecraft as well. Lethamyr is basically vanilla Minecraft, but on a huge island, and with a long term goal to work towards. Oh, and there are dungeons full of random loot and random spawners. So I think anyone who doesn't like this map, also probably doesn't like Minecraft. *shrugs* Nothing I can do about that.
I didn't appeal to this style because the goal to work to, is just to hard. I think the randomization contributed to the fact that the dungeons were so (so so so so so) difficult. But I can't wait for your next map. I hope it's like one of your others!

I agree on 2 and 4 mostly. The other maps have a "mystery" feel to it as you always wonder what you're going to find in each area and dungeon. With this, you kind of already know what to expect. I would suggest more "odd" terrain that isn't really seen in vanilla. For example, Mycelium terrain with trees with glowstone in their leaves.
One thing I hate doing is thinking of names for things, especially names for the many world's I have created in minecraft.
So I just use this: http://rinkworks.com/namegen/
Even though most of the names this thing generates are ridiculous, hopefully it can be helpful to you if you ever run into a wall while trying to think of names for things, like I do all the time. XD
If I don't use this, I usually think of names by looking at numbers and letters on my keyboard... (And thus, my username was born.)
You can always turn off hardcore yourself using NBTEdit or such.
Besides, in the end not all maps are for everyone. If you didn't like Lethamyr I can bet you won't like Fallen Kingdom, which is supposed to be Open-World, Hardcore, with special rule A (Insomniac).
There are plenty of map makers with amble grammar and spelling. You just haven't found them yet.
The thing is, Fallen Kingdom will have buildings and you don't really know what to expect in each room you go through which makes it a different experience from Lethamyr, which is similar to Vanilla. From what I have seen so far, the dungeons in Lethamyr aren't that well designed which somewhat takes away from a new experience. The terrain the map is well made and looks almost like it was generated by Minecraft but that is somewhat overlooked due to experiences on Vanilla.
Like me! lol My map series is below \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
For some reason, this made me laugh hysterically.
About the new map: I really like it. I have not started a vanilla map in 1.2 yet, so I'll use this instead!..
Two things
1) Random loot... feels too random.Lol. half of its usually garbage.... Not good or bad I guess.
2)Like Foot said, I'd like to see the map in its own section(similar to Super Docile or RFW). If it was a faster map to make, I'd enjoy a few more like this... But, putting them in your SH series would feel out of place...
In my opinion its that when I get bored of vanilla minecraft, your maps are sort of an escape to something more challenging. Minecraft involves a lot of tedious searching, and long walks, and your other maps are always fast paced, and always something dangerous and exciting around the next corner. Most of the wool I've found in Lethamyr are sort of scavenger hunts, sort of placed in random areas for us to find. Don't get me wrong the map is good, and Ive enjoyed the dungeons I've found, but I guess I just like the dungeoneering style of all the other maps :P.
The good people die, and so do the bad ones, but the weak people, like me, we have inherited the earth.
Blue Wool.
Where the hell. Is that. Blue Wool. I have been searching for an hour, literally. I went through a diamond suit of armour, nearly through my epic sword and depleted my new Power III Infinity Bow. Oh yes, I got an Infinity bow. Level 21. *puts on sunglasses* Now, I'm assuming it's in the mountains as that is where the Green was...hmmm. They are all connected. White and Orange, maybe not so Magenta and Light Blue, uhhh, same with Lime and Yellow, but pink-wait a sec, OH! Gray and Light Gray are connected...so is Cyan and Purple...IDK about Blue and-Brown's a joke wool, so we cross that out...I know Red and Black are connected!
Yep, everything's TOTALLY connected!
