I even tested downloading other mods; I seem to only have a problem with this site.....

Stupid question, I just downloaded no worries, but are you behind a proxy or something that could be preventing you from reaching the download site? I have an idea that perhaps your browser settings are your issue. Hope you can get it downloaded soon.

Sorry, but because of Vechs' copyright on his maps, emailing them to you is actually technically illegal...

I am playing on Variant C, due to a random number generator that was brought into play, but not filmed because I failed to think of it at the time.

In other news, my attempt at Lethamyr just epicly FAILED. Was heading to the forest biome for raw wood to cook into charcoal and found a creeper, spider and two skeletons under a tree. Took out the creeper and spider safely but a third skeleton emerged and I was dead.

I just recorded my first episode, I too am a new commentator and not that great at it, but you only get better with practice. Unfortunately I cannot watch your playthrough, and you will not want to watch mine, as I too am playing variant c, just because that was the one I clicked download. Ah nuts.

I'm almost willing to give some one remote access to my PC to figure this **** out.

EDIT: I know vechs copyrights his maps so that people dont repackage it as their own. I would appreciate if some one can use common sense and just email me one of the variations. Yes I Can wait til tomorrow for an IRL friend to do this; but im bored and just woke up. So PM me if you are willing to assist me.

Kudos for being the first LPer. BTW you link a video with (media) tags.

Some advice:
- The bit at first showing Vechs' thread was, IMO, unnecessary
- Edit out boring or grindy bits
- Give your video an ending instead of just cutting the video off

it'll get me somewhere; again please I'm not looking for useless comments. I'm looking for assistance. And actually if you read any of my posts you would have read that I've attempted to DL this all day yesterday and for the past hour today. sooooo.... Ive been pretty patient, now is the appropriate time for rage.


Again looking for some one who uses logic and reason to help me get a hold of this map, thank you

Thanks for the advice, I do agree that the forum part was not needed, it just felt right for me at the time because it has multiple variations of the map, and editing will be done, do not worry. The giving the video an ending part is something I need to work with, because I like to keep the videos under 15 minutes, and I record long sessions. So because I had a bunch more to upload, I just cut it there, and kind of left it, but I have dicovered a bit of a better way to manage how it cuts though. Thanks again though, the advice helps me learn through my mistakes.

Agreed, I really wanted to see someone else play through as well. The map, I have only explored a very little bit as I have only played about 45 mins but it does seem very large. I have managed not to die, that won't last long though and have also managed a measly 1 wool. Good luck, once I complete or give up on this map I will surely be watching your play through.

I love the idea of variants, now we can watch let's plays without spoilers... brilliant!
