Fun fact: In the course of thinking up names for a fantasy continent, I googled each one to make sure it didn't exist in any other work of fiction.

On the plus side, any YouTube video with Lethamyr in it will stand out easily. (Legendary I'm looking at you...)

It's better than average so far. I have obtained the glorious and have extremely good supplies. So far it has been ridiculous how much iron there is and I haven't even explored that giant cave yet. Maybe you need to tone it down?

It's three damn thirty A.M. Super Hostile 11 will have at least one wool in my Victory Monument by dawn. The caffeine in Pepsi is in the shadow of Mt. Dew.

Lethamyr seems pretty interesting so far. I have the Light Blue Wool but haven't found the Victory Monument yet. (Playing on C)

It may just be my opinion or me not seeing enough of the map but leaving so much land to be... well... similar to Vanilla... kind of takes away from the Super Hostile feel. There hasn't been much danger that isn't part of the actual game itself so far.

Here I was, sitting in my desk chair, thinking I was going to be the first one to beat this map, but of course you had to ruin my dreams. I still don't entirely understand how you speedrun these so fast. Unless the red wool is fairly early on.

I don't even have any wool yet, because I've spent most of my time farming resources and derping around.


I haven't found too many resouces yet, but the map is tons and tons of fun. There's plenty of animals for food, and there are design cues in places that make you look around and then go, "Aha! There's a dungeon right there!" But even though there's tons of resources and stuff, the new mob AI is really getting me. Armor hardly protects you anymore, so even with blocking and thrusting, one single skeleton I was fighting out in the open managed to bring me down to 2 hearts. Man, I am so going to die soon on this map.

Good luck Dark! We're all rooting for you. I started playing it tonight, but I'm too tired and I keep on derping up. Also, the sight of any mob startles me right now in my current state. But I'm determined to get through this map at the same pace as normal people, unlike every other map where I procrastinate and make tons of automated farms as an excuse not to have to go into the actual dungeons and die a lot.

I'm not going to play it moar for right now tonight, but I will resume progress on the map tomorrow morning. Good luck with your caffeine-fueled playthrough.

And I'm out of caffine. Guess I should've checked my 12 pack before I started. Ah well. Root beer it is.

And my caffinated run is over. I was playing on Version A.

An anagram solver came up with thy realm, real myth, my lather, thy lamer, helm tray, her malty, y let harm, a try helm, earl myth, they marl, the mylar...

But nothing that really makes sense, except maybe thy realm. "thy" of course being old English for "your", which would make "your realm". Which seems to fit Lethamyr quite well.

From the tower on the first island, I was almost down, with 2 hearts left. A blaze shot me and killed on impact

Good point, I feel that way too. But its a new kind of map and still good, just in another way. I actually made a map like this way before this came out, and all the testers of the map called it "Too boring" so I made it ol'fasioned and did it the vechs way- my point is that this map is slow because it's not meant to be exciting. Like vechs says, its more survival and explorational. And besides, you can always play legendary again

I dont get it; Nothing else is giving me errors; after about 20 minutes of me not being able to figure it out; anyone have some insight?

EDIT: yea I give up for the moment; and pray some one responds soon. This is stupid that I dont see anyone else having problems.. I could really use some help. No other sites or DL's are giving me problems.

Please can some one help me get these maps to download? am i the only one having problems? and if I am why is fileswap the only site Im having issues with?

already tried internet explorer....

also restarted firefox; cleared cache; reset router; restarted computer,,,,,

So I was playing on Lethamyr A and it is a ragequit so far. The dungeons are small yet so hard. Only found Lime, Yellow, and Cyan wool. Haven't found the VM. And also, map seems a little too bit. That's just my opinion.

Again; i dont care report me for forum spam. but this is stupid why can't I DL this? Vechs please provide alternate websites to DL from.


Whatever the issue is its not my computer or user error.

It's not stupid. It's called the website is having a problem with the download right now. He's not going to provide alternate downloads when there's a working one up. Wait an hour or two and the problem should be resolved. Impatience will get you nowhere.
