Lapis Lazuli is generally preferred as nice bluey decoration as opposed to a Monument piece.

Its amazing how well i ran Canopy Carnage, although it was a TERRIBLE idea to set it on fire. it was using so much of the memory that was aloocated to minecraft that everytime i started minecraft it said i was out of memory. im never setting it on fire again.......... anyway, awesome map. | for you |

Sea of Flame II 1.0 1.7.3 progress.
Digging a tunnel? That's so 19'th century. MAKING a tunnel, that's the new rage. Now if only these ghasts would go away...

I decided to take a break from my secret project and get one of the last wools I have left. I went back into the nether for the black wool. I made it to the ledge and started making a tunnel forward. Sadly ghasts kept forcing me back in. Ran out of cobblestone, started making the tunnel out of snow blocks because ultimately the tunnel is to CONCEAL me from ghasts, not protect me from their fireballs. I'm not too far away, I haven't reached spawning range of the spawners, but when I do, it should be FUN because I'm almost completey out of arrows.
