I went to the flying pig at infernal skies (ITS A SECRET TO EVERYBODY) and i burned it with flint'n'steel, hoping that it would drop an insane amount of meat :tongue.gif:
Also try to play these maps with more creeps'n'weirdos, makes it ALOT harder

I always look forward to these - also watching a video of an LP is one of the better ways I can learn how gameplay unfolds on a map, which lets me know how to make maps better. :biggrin.gif:
It's like you are entertainment AND my test guinea pig all in one.
Ironic that you named your BG character Guinea Pig... >.>
So yeah, this is amazing. I watched the little series on Sea of Flame and ruined it a little for myself, but I'll probably go back and play it anyways (I'm sure he's only found a fraction of the secrets ;D). Anyways, I started with The Endless Deep, and so far it's just amazing. I LOVED the beginning. After a quick inventory check I started walking around the plane and as I got to the back saw the smoke... I'm proud I've only died ONCE to drowning (the first of many I'm sure) the other time was to creeper/zombie armageddon at the bottom of that shaft. I also took the time to clear out the second room below the cabin. So many bucketloads... The whole underwater thing makes it sooooo hard. You can't even explore the ship! Good luck making more sweet maps!!!!!
No no I don't die from the mobs nope no problem there but i fall in the friccen lava every time and lose ALL my stuff. lol all in all great maps cant wait to see the the caverns O.O.
I'm not using any naturally generated samples of Minecraft underground (copying and pasting Minecraft caves generated in-game and then modifying them), I've got a giant (800 by 800 chunk) mass of stone that is wrapped on all sides by bedrock, and am sculpting out the map by hand.
It takes much longer, but at the same time I have total control over what challenges and resources are available to the player. :smile.gif:
Day 15 in the labyrinth... Time no longer exists... I think these diamonds are talking to me... They no longer seem worth the time I've spent down here... The tunnels keep coming, I'm sure I've seen that piece of rock before... The iron tells me that I should just detonate that Ssssssstatue I found... No, the diamonds tell me I should jump in that lava pool... I don't know which one I should listen to...
can we know the official name of the fourth map???
I posted it up on my first post - the Kaizo Caverns. :smile.gif:
Kaizo Caverns..
THAT A BIG LABYRINTH ?
I HATE YOU ! <3
Yes, it's a massive cave and labyrinth network filled with monsters, pitfalls, traps, scenic vistas, ancient ruins, and all kinds of fun things! I'm making it with a goal system in mind, so it kinda has a Metroid feel to it where you will explore and backtrack over areas as you progress. The goals are optional, so if you just want to enjoy it as a hard underground map, you can do that too. Also, resources are spread out among the caverns, so if you want sand deposits, you have to go to one place, if you want to mine coal you need to go to another. This will force the player to travel around, which puts the player at risk, thus making the map more fun and interesting. :smile.gif:

thanks for this series, i enjoy it a lot. i didn't get what the dirt slope is for, however.
I am using it to spread the grass to the main part of the island so I can get some farm animals that don't automatically fall in the lava.
Yessssss!

Haha. I must have been thinking subliminally of Sea of Flame.
Um............yea. I do. Totally forgot about that.
Also I rage quit when I was digging into moss stone and was blown up by 10000000000000000
If you had examined your surroundings more closely, you would have realized you had found a Ssssssstatue
