I call BS, and you should too. The Red Wool area was designed and created before Endermen came out. So basically I make this intricate trap room area, to give the player the feeling of creeping through one of those flashy laser grids that will set off an alarm, every movement has to be carefully thought out.
Then Endermen come along and HERPY DERPY lets just pick up all the blocks and ruin every custom map ever made.
I seriously want to know what gameplay purpose them picking up blocks has. What does it add to the game? I like Minecraft, but I seriously question that design decision. Mojang has to know a lot of people have custom maps, and Endermen pretty much ruin them.
Edit: Oh, and I would have lit the trap room up, but it uses snowlayers. Yeah... depending on how Endermen are changed, I may redo the entire dungeon and make it something else for v1.1 of the map. I really liked that trap room, too.

So gravel isn't the fix for this problem. I thought I had a solution using pistons, but then any mob could set them off. So the only viable solution is to make that area only two blocks high.

thats cool lol! you'll be on notches ass if he adds lasers and motion detectors for your traps won't you? oh idea! THE VECHS UPDATE! loads of new trap things and ways to set stuff off like doos and stuff, and maybe a block that drops tnt if it has tnt ammo? cool.
EDIT: you're right the enderman are just stupid for custom maps!

I am afraid to walk. I thought the sand pits in Legendary were bad. These snow pits are making me go insane. I crouch while walking everywhere. I don't know if they move on to being 1x1 holes but right now they are pretty big and I still fall in them.

I'll just throw my suggestion/hope for the future in here.
Vechs, I really love the thinking aspect of your maps. I treat the dungeons like puzzles on how to clear them the most intelligent way. I would absolutely LOVE a map that explores some of minecrafts more complex block mechanics and is more puzzle like on how to conquer the dungeons.
I would love to hear your thoughts on making a map harder because the player has to think, instead of harder by number of spawners(not that I don't love your current maps, they are great).
I'm not talking about a puzzle map, I mean a map that is geared towards properly assessing the situation and making tactical moves to gain an edge. I don't know how possible it is, but I would like it and maybe it would be a nice mix up of pace for everyone.

Yeah its some kind of bug. But if they did hurt you..... I think some parts of the map might be borderline impossible if they hurt you.

It either has to do with using nether portals to teleport in, or more likely it has to do with the fact that vechs said that you can't complete the victory monument.

Also, if anyone cares, I've been having my go at creating a CTM map with a friend. We've created about half the map at this point. I don't know how Vechs does it. If I worked for a half a year on a map it wouldn't get close to how great these maps are.
I found it. XD It was my first wool. Even though I know where the "real" first wool is too.
