Not sure if that'll be needed. A ton of players have told Notch the fog is evil. Personally I think Notch added the fog because of the constant particle effects everywhere near bedrock...there won't be any lag with the tiniest render distance of fog.

I just hope he does something about the endermen block moving, not sure what but it's making it nearly impossible to design traps that won't go off long before any player gets to them.

You know your not supposed to use mods in these maps, right? You can get mossy cobblestone from almost every dungeon in any one of Vechs' maps.
