Exploded inside a building, and the building is underwater, so it flooded everywhere. It's part of an underwater dungeon area. On map number #09.

I didn't die in the Super Happy Awesome Box of Fun, but I forgot that Notch is helping Vechs troll us and blew myself up in a bed.

I keep looking at Digital Diamonds and expecting to see a notice saying 'Notch buys Super Hostile Custom Map Series from Vechs'.

All I did was get to that first tree, get some coal, and build a little base, and I already feel like I need a break. And Vechs has a really nasty sense of humor...

Speaking of beds, thats one block update trap I actually don't think Vechs used in #7.

For added dickery, you could probably set a delay on the explosion so it goes off right after it successfully updates your spawn point. That way the player respawns way back at the start instead of whatever other bed they previously slept in.


very late edit (that few will probably read):

After a little testing, it seems two repeaters on max delay is just enough to achieve said added dickery.

So I go to the East Commons, find the large ruins, and a place to build my house. When I am almost done, I see a ladder on the bottom floor leading to an area of goodies including tons of coal, stone, and clay. UNFORTUNATELY, Vechz made the light so that I would have false sense of security; so, a creeper spawn spewed its loathsome package and a set off a tnt trap, blowing up my goodies. Thank you Vechz, I now have to go back to a previous save state.

Or, you could play the game normally and not cheat. What's the point of playing if you can undo any mistake you make?

I'm thinking about something like if you lost all of one type of wool, then you don't want to reset all of the progress you have previously made.

I finally beat Black Desert. Last wool I got was magenta wool, and there's only one thing to say. **** you Vechs, **** you. D:< I died over 9000 times... Mostly because it was getting dark so i built a temporary shelter in the building above all the spawners. I woke up and i was going 2 fps cuz 500 spiders spawned below me. I went through 5 iron swords, and at least 20 stone ones.

i cant wait to see what sort of traps Vechs makes with pistons

Am I allowed to play Legendary on 1.7, or should I use 1.6?

I would advise using 1.6, because in 1.6 you still suffocate in spiderwebs, which is very useful at certain parts of the game, especially at a certain part in the desert where vechz laughs at me because i use 1.7 causing spiders to mass murder me D=

Me and a few friends got bored on infernal sea (Is that right?) cause we lost ALL the wood (D:). So two of them left and me and the other friend counted to three with redstone.

In the secret chest in Pain Water the armor is glitched and makes me invincible :/

Anyone else having issues with the armor?

First of all Vechs I'd like to thank you for your work and all the maps you've done. The very first custom map I decided to play is the Canopy Carnage map you made and I've recorded all of my progress (so far! :biggrin.gif:). I know a lot of people have probably seen gameplay/commentary on this map, but even if one person watched one of my videos and enjoys it; I'd be ecstatic. Again thanks for the maps and I'll look forward to playing Legendary as my next custom map play through.

If you're curious about my videos then it's convenient that I embedded it below! XD
I post 1 episode every day. If for some reason I miss a day, sick/work, 2 will go up the next day and so on.


*Also the play through is being done ironman style, without the golden armor (once I found out the special properties of said armor).

Throw the armor into lava, and then stand in lava yourself for about an hour until you die. That fixes it.

Or, you could update to the newest version of the map, where all that is fixed. :smile.gif:

(You are using 1.0 or 1.1 right? 1.2 is the newest version.)

Alright. I officially have a love/hate relationship with Legendary.

Hey vechs, I had an idea for a piston trap.

On a rail track, sticky pistons could be attached to two consecutive track parts. That way when activated those to rail pieces would disappear and there would be a lava pit the mine cart would fall into.

Meh. What's wrong with stone pressure plates? It accomplishes the same thing, and it doesn't give the player pistons to work with/get around obstacles with.
