No, you don't get the point. They're meant to be a challenge for advanced players. Charged creepers are no different if they are invisible, it only provides a slight visual change. They still have a ridiculously powerful explosion radius that makes them basically impossible to fight with melee.
That wouldn't be 'stupidly' difficult, that'd just be retarded.
Super Hostile isn't trying to break new grounds in difficulty, it's trying to make extremely possible yet very difficult maps. ANd that's what it's done.

What you don't understand is that Vechs is great at balancing his maps out to give the player a fighting chance. I mean, creepers can sometimes instantly kill a player if that person is too close. If they can't even see that creeper, that would just be stupid and not fun at all, so that's why he dislikes the idea of invisibility potions set on hostile mobs. When a new trap is put in a map, such as a hyperspawner, he does his best not to fill it within every single room to give the player a reasonable chance of survival. Yes, Vechs makes ridiculously devious maps, but he very well understands the difference between difficult and unfair.

I beat two super hostile maps, see of flame 2 and spellbound, have to finish more. Plan to do inferno mines for lulz and win when it goes out. Have fun!

This question has been answered a dozen times in the last few pages. Please read before you post. Vechs has contacted Fileswap. The issue will be fixed when Fileswap gets around to it.

Thad, the reason that the entity spawners are able to spawn in high light levels is that there is no constraint set on their spawning. Hostile mobs have a "light level below 7" constraint coded directly into the game, same with other mobs. That is part of their spawn conditions naturally, as with ghasts having a 1/20 chance of spawning. There is no way to change it by switching nbt tags around.
