Well, IIRC, when you enter the Cavern, you can see a pillar to your left made out of stone and some glowstone. When you climb that pillar and look at the left 'wall' of the Cavern, you should see a cave-like structure. It's kinda hard to explain where it is precisely, but I hope this will help you :wink.gif:
Is this assuming I enter via Intersection 2 or via the Ilvern Ruins?

I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate HATE skeletons!
Nice video, great to see the first episode of your new Lets play and the well done intro. I'm a little confused at your closing statement about not having stone for more tools, as you could make wood ones.
is this a quote of some famous guy? or just a fail 1 post early? i dont know at all
Idk About A Quote, just most of the maps basic phrases, except I made mine sound so stupid
The original was more like he wants you to die over, and over, and over again, he want's you to yell and hit your computer, and disclaimer says the maps too hard, he wants the map to be the hardest thing that you'll ever do, also in the nearest chest it usually says "It's Dangerous To Go Alone, Take This!" and in the chest is a , you best and only friend...
(And These Were'nt The Original Quotes, I Did This By Memory)
I haven't played any of these (besides the tutorial) yet; which one is a good one to start on? I'm probably going to do a Let's Play of whichever map I go with.

I think he was saying how, in comparison to Kiazo, the walls aren't made of stone. So stone tools can't be made right away. I must say it is one of my favorite parts of Legendary. Vechs found a way, to turn the normal, make one wood pick, and go with nothing but stone from now on, to actually feeling happy and joyful to find stone.
This might not be an appropriate place to post this but since vechs wanted the CTM genre to expand ive released a new map called: "SphereCraft: Colossal Caverns" and its somewhat similar to kaizo/legendary :smile.gif: I am not as evil vechs but still (im not nice :biggrin.gif:) Press my sig to get there :biggrin.gif:
Yeah, I totally want to see more CTM maps, so feel free to post links to your here -- that's fine. About the only thing I ask is that people don't call their maps Super Hostile... that's my series. :sad.gif:
You know what? I've learn to take the best of a bad situation. The bad news. I messed up Pain Water so badly. The good news? I now have a cobblestone generator! It may not be the most efficient one do to lava placement, but it works.
I don't see how you can copyright them. But I still respect his ideas and make my own.
Copywriting is easy. You are allowed to burn digital content onto a CD for filing with the government. So, all Vechs has to do is copy his worlds onto a CD and provide technical specs like maps and feature descriptions and file it. It's not as powerful as a patent, but it's good enough if someone decides to take one of Vechs maps and re purpose it for their own personal gain.
But, here's the kicker for both copywrites and patents, you have to be prepared to pay a lawyer (sometimes a LOT of money) to protect your interests. Simply having rights won't protect you. You have to be willing to put up or shut up in a court.
DONT GO IN
I have not finished Kaizo Caverns yet. I haven't even started on Intersection 2 yet. :tongue.gif:
But I DID see Zisteaus video
Super Hostile maps I've completed: Spellbound Caves (Yeah, I pretty much suck.)

You have to come up with a new name. Vechs has trademarked Victory Monument.

“Wha-what magazine?” “Tuba.”
Google "The Unarchiver" or "StuffIt Expander". Both are free. I use the last one.
My maps are copyrighted.
The phrases "Super Hostile" and "Victory Monument" are trademarked to me.
There is a technical difference between copyright and trademark, but the end result is still basically the same.
That's why the monument schematic in the CTM kit is labeled "Wool Monument."
I'm thinking of making a CTM much like yours, except, Ice theme, you haven't done an artic/ice theme yet.

Copy writing is easy. I've done it. But trademarking? Don't you have to perform some kind of trademark search and go through some legal hoops?
