love the city, but there is one rail station that doesn't have power rails so you're kind of just stuck there. It's the one that takes you from the upper to the lower district and vice versa.

Why was this city built 2 blocks above bedrock its view from streets is shrouded with void particles and whenever you stray from light the city goes dark very dark preventing sight of even 20 blocks in front wouldn't this have done better being higher and if it was the limit that prevented that maybe try the dynamic height mod it allows you to build up higher by thousands of blocks
man, if my minecraft wouldn't crash every 2 seconds, i would totally get the zombie hunt mod and make NewCraft into HUGE zombie apocalypse survival map.

Texture packs been updated, I also posted a link to a Void Fog remover and to turn those particles off just move the particle slider down to minimum in options.
I'm busy clearing huge plots of land and deciding what to go for next.
If I get started, i'll probably place this city much closer to the others to make her feel much bigger.

Cleared some land, added some hills around the city as oppose to the cliffs, Still deciding where I should place the new land.
