Doh! Five minutes of unpacking, waiting through 'Can't connect timeout', get into my new wonderful Stone world.. look down and punch.... no pick! I really should go to bed.

I'm sorry but the playable map will not be released as it is not playable for the following reasons:
caves have no real structure
caves have hundreds of resources
tree decay seems to be slow
lots of lag
+ + = falls to doom.
remember never dig down... or up... or in front...... or anywhere.
I'm going to add a subset to Low and Middle which was a bedrock roof (good for puzzles, monsters etc.)
I think I'm going to remove the TNT ones (they're pointless).
Looks like yo spent quite some time on this thanks man
No problem! But surprisingly it didn't take long (about 20 min each) but during replacing and saving i can surf the web or play minecraft (macbooks are Farly good except they run mac (yes that's right i'm an anti-mac mac user :sleep.gif:))
I'm going away for about 2-3 days, I'll still check here and post replys but i can't make maps during that time, and here's is a list of things I'm going to do when i get back:
1. Glowstone, Dirt, Obsidian for Middle and High
2. Low and Middle roofed versions (Not all)
3. Make maps aimed toward specific purposes (maze for example)
4. make the nether a flatmap too.
5.PM a moderator/Admin to see if mine or code warrior's thread could be stickied to lessen the amount of people requesting flat maps
Also sorry that i forgot to post yesterday about "everyone happy new year!!!! !!!!!"
This is pretty great!
I approve.
I know what you mean! Try unzipping a certain map called 'fort zero' took me about half an hour.
So should I.
it's 6 am.
I'm working on the High-Lands. (damn lighting 4096 chunks takes so long!)
It's great for tunneling though.
Edit: I'm not making a Highland sand one... impossible for tunneling
I'm going to try that after i get a bit more skilled with MCEdit and Omen
Edit: Spelling Error
Edit: Stopping for today (8:36pm) will continue tomorrow.
Edit2: couldn't resist added grassland and desert (9:20pm)
Oh god, it's getting faster!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
i think the order i should generate things is trees, ores, caves then remove floating trees.
Added high-land Lava
Working on Playable map
Looking for more suggestions
Edit: the playable map has giant diamond caverns...

(Animals only spawn on grass, Monsters on anything with a light level less than 5)
