This is mainly If you want to get revenge on a friend of yours that lets you be OP. Only one command block is needed to summon the book.
The real unique thing about this book is that you can clone the book and do drop parties. If this is not how you want to dominate, you can always use the text buttons like ignite all creepers or summon anvils over everyone. So here is the command (no tweaking needed)

I hate reading books, magazines, essays, etc. There is not much in the book. You should add more. The book made poor animals! How dare you make me have to dinnerbone them. Awesome book. Clear items for everyone doesn't work. Even the babies became dinnerbone!
