So, disregard this post thus far. All was figured out and i can't delete this post. Dunno why that isn't a feature, so now either i wait for an admin to remove it or just leave it here for information.
Just wanna point out that to be able to start a test run of your project, you need to: Click on the topmost object (The project folder itself), then click the green circle(Run button), then select Java Application, then it'll search for a bit and you should pick "Gradle". That wasn't in the 1.7 tutorial part 3, where i was asked to do so and had no clue how to.
TheXFactor117, i need help with my armor.
I made a wavefront object and imported it in to my mod, I managed to render it and all that, but the only problem i got with it, is that i dont know how to bind it to the playermodel, it does follow me around it just wont animate.
I know you didnt make a tutorial on this, so I dont know if you can help me or not, but you seem like a guy who knows how to do this.
You broke the 1.8 tutorial links in github. The links need to have 3 fives in their name and not 2. Tutorial #1 works, but the rest has 1 five too few so the link leads to the homepage of adfoc.us.
Fixed the error, but making it so armour has enchants automatically doesn't work, well it might do if you told us what class to put it in. Seriously, where the hell do I put the code? The ModArmour class? The Main class? The Crafting Recipes Class?
Well, have you tried the armor class (the one specific to the type of armor where you register the icons, and such)?
and here are the last two tabs
Have you tried the Client? The Server launches a physical server that clients can connect to.
Yes here is what it says after I try to run it.
Can you post the run configurations for it then?

The first part of it here.
and here is the last part.
When you say mod name do you mean the modid or the mod name from reference or something else because I am in 1.7.10
The minecraft or the src/main/java
When I tried to follow the direction of yours and the link both of them did not work. here is what it said
Mine is
-Minecraft
--src/main/java
---packages
I did and there are no know errors or seen errors in my code but it still does not run
Your following an old setup tutorial - try the new one for 1.8 (if you are modding 1.7, it doesn't matter - that tutorial is universal).

So what should I make the mod package be? (.jar, .zip, or file)
What do you mean?
Like should my mod be called Royalty_Stones.jar, Royalty_Stones.zip, or Royalty_Stones as a regular file folder?
Don't add an extension. When building the mod, it will turn out as a .jar, which you can then put into a folder, and compress it if you wanted a .zip.
So it should start as a regular file folder?

Thanks for the tip - I had a few issues with getting the links switched over.
