you need to add

.func_111206_d("ItemTextureName");

FOR BLOCK

you need to add

.func_111022_d("BlockTextureName");

ALLE TEXTURES MUST GO TO:

mcp/jars/versions/1.6.2/1.6.2.jar/assets/minecraft/textures/blocks or items
