So I have a Forge server up and running fine, and it runs a mod called Pixelmon.
When a person tries to log in without pixelmon, or with the wrong version, it kicks them and gives the error message
"Forge Mod Loader could not connect to this server
The mods and versions listed below could not be found
They are required to play this server
pixelmon: 2.5.5"
I know you can adjust other disconnect/error messages in server files, I was curious if there was a way to adjust this mod error message? I'd like to include a link to the download so that it makes it easy for users to find the file.
I've searched nearly every server file and can't find anything relating to this message, so I figure either I'm missing something or it's not there. I just figured I'd ask here since you'd know about Forge servers.

What were the steps you took to install forge? What file did you start?
I deleted all of my minecraft, redownloaded, installed forge client, ran minecraft, installed pixelmon, THEN put a folder on my desktop, got the forge installer, installed server to the folder, then the error

put the 1.6.4 server file from minecraft.net in the server folder and try installing again.
Okay, so I have installed a forge modded server already, and know how to start it up. But what I need help with is changing my gamemode to creative and so forth. I have NEI installed on the server, but when I join I am stuck in survival, while the tools at the top of the NEI siplay are gone, I cannot get any items, and none of my commands work! Please help! I have searched everywhere on how to set it up but found nothing.

Curse PremiumThis is a tutorial for installing minecraft forge on a 1.6.2 server. Let's get started! Just thought I'd share it in a text form.
- First step, download forge installer http://files.minecraftforge.net/
- Second, run the installer and point it to a blank folder. Make sure you have it selected to server install.
- Third, go to that folder and double click on the file that starts with minecraftforge. DO NOT CLICK ON minecraft_server.jar!
- Lastly, bask in the holyness of forge!

Curse PremiumAFAIK there is no way to change that, however you could ask in #minecraftforge on irc.esper.net (you will need to be registered with nickserv).
